      Jackson died in June 2009.
This is it Tour was due to start in July 2009.
Peter Kay started his tour in April 2010, in Manchester, which is not where this was.
He did 20 dates there and that was suppose to be the end.
However, due to high demand, he agreed to do further dates around the country. This recording was at the O2 in London, well over a year after Jackson died and a few months after Jackson's tour would have ended.
What you stated is an Internet myth!

Peter did say "he should've been on here" regarding Michael Jackson before he died and that part is presumably true, it is just that some people made the wrong assumption about exactly what he meant by that.

Peter Kay was born and bred in Bolton, Lancashire - (the part now known as 'Greater Manchester , since the powers that be moved the borders ) . Boltonians were also Very proud to number Sir Fred Dibnah - steeplejack, as one of their celebrities. Bolton is also my home town. They both speak / spoke with a natural, though broad, Bolton accent.

Peter Kay's from Bolton which is relatively close to where I currently live in East Lancashire and his accent is easy for me to understand even though I'm originally from Plymouth. I've watched this clip loads of times before but it's always hilarious to watch it again especially when I see Americans reacting to it for the first time.
Other British comedians you should watch and react to are Lee Evans, Michael McIntyre, Larry Dean and the double act of Armstrong & Miller. You might have to have your subtitles switched on for Larry Dean because he has a very broad Scottish Glaswegian accent. Michael McIntyre is renowned for being able to switch accents sometimes in mid-sentence so you'll probably be able to understand him without much problem. Lee Evans is just foul-mouthed but the imitation that he does of his wife is just hilarious.
Armstrong and Miller used to have their own show on the B.B.C. and their 'chav' World War II British pilots are hilarious because they're very posh but speak in modern 'street' slang. Their take on Gordon Ramsay as well as their Predictive Text Commission and their version of 'Who Do You Think You Are?' are all really funny.
On the plus side all of them have videos posted on TH-cam so you shouldn't have too many problems accessing any of them. ✌😁✌

The last song, comment afterwards ends here with, ''I can't even see mine let alone kiss it'' In other pieces I've seen, there is a small addition, ''I can't even see mine let alone kiss it. I've got a balcony over the toyshop!" This man is a mine of comedy and is probably one of the best if not the best comedy show of our time. Thank you for what you do.

@@handsolo1209 lol. Aren’t we all weird to others though? We all have our differences and that’s what makes us unique and special.

@@Jodi_BoringReviews That is true, but saying Cook as Cuke is a step too far for me. Speaking of weird, how is Gabe?

Not going through the comments but “ just let me state for the record.” Is whats being sung. But I’ve always heard staple the vicar since I first heard the song. There are plenty of other songs that I’ve misheard the lyrics besides these ones.

I think Peter had been storing these up over his whole life and then eventually had enough of them to do a set. If you have a funny mind and you're looking for fun, you'll find it in unexpected places.

One of our greatest stand up comedians here in the UK. So many wonderful routines, including 'Guess who died'. It'd be great if you check out some more of his hysterical routines for us. 🙋‍♂ Thanks guys!

Ok. Two tips for you since you obviously like British comedians. Dehli Belly with Micky Flanaghan and Colonoskopy with Scottish comedian Billy Conolly are both hilarious. Have fun.

the only one that you can actually hear it differently is the first one - "just let me staple the vicar" vs "just let me state for the record"
I mean - you just can't hear 'state for the record' that the vicar one is more believable.

the michael jackson part came from the fact if he had not died he would have been on that exact stage at that very time
