You know when you saw something that you want so badly. Dream about it and you don't know if you will get one sometimes. That's what I feel about Gen 1. I'm from Israel, and here you can't find any of the ghostface stuff. Also we are poor country, 1000$ and more for Gen1 is worth couple months of living costs. I have a c. Ptsd also, so the struggle is tuff. Your friend need to be happy that he had such a good Friend like you.
I just got into collecting Ghostface masks, and I'm aiming for a Gen 1 or 2. But MAN is it tough. I'm just playing on luck at this point that someone sells at below $100, but it's not looking too positive right now. As you said, the prices are insane. I'm hoping that petition does comes to fruition, because I'd love to own, even a reproduced version an accurate looking GEN 1 mask. Any ways, great collection. Very envious.

Totally off topic but can you give me advice on which is better. To put it this way, which would papa III be better off wearing, the Walter QP papa iii mask or the Trick or Treat studios one.

The interesting thing is that you always say that we always get Gloves with our Costumes but i didn't get them with mine. And yeah those Cards are in German.
I had a scream mask one of them original ones from scream 2 One of them proper rubber movie quality masks when I was a teenager long story short it got stolen I have been looking for the legitimate scream masks that you have but they’re in possible to find where can I buy them? Much help would be appreciated, I wish I still had that mask I could’ve sold it for hundreds by the looks of it
I totally agree with you Doug its unaffordable to ever own just one mask and I mean very my only dream is to have a fantastic faces scream mask collection my and some what in time I just thought to give up on my dream for about a year but I never stopped thinking of it and really kept trying
Why don’t Gen 1 owners make copies themselves? They have the mask, just replicate the mold with some help and sell them privately? Why make fun world try and make them again when we know they’ll never ever do it
I need my hands on a Scream mask, i’m finally capable of buying anything I couldn’t as a kid. But I don’t know where to begin searching, it’s difficult buying online since there are a lot of fakes and bootlegs. Any sites/places I could find some good masks? I’m from The Netherlands, don’t know if that has to do with the difficulty of finding any though. I love the vids, keep em up✌🏼
