Excellent talk as always Graham, we need more people like you to protect our sharks and our oceans and make people realise how amazing and important they really are!

Graham: "This couldn't occur to any other apex predator in the world."
Wolves: "We're just going to pretend we didn't hear that."

Great talk - very educational. We need to pressure our governments to prevent sharks being driven to extinctions as well as banning (and enforcing the ban) cruelty against sharks.

I watched many tedtalks about saving sharks & this is the best so far! The others lacked in telling the audience that if sharks die so will we essentially.... Though tbh I have little hope these days that anything will be done as shark scientists are incredibly low as it's not something people want to do & will how all governments will never co-operate collectively to do anything about it I see no light at the end of my life's tunnel.

Graham: you have managed to summarise everything I believe in about Sharks in just 16 minutes. I hope this gets a global audience and the message gets out there to those that are in the position to make a difference. Keep up the good work and I hope to see you in the not too distant future.

I relly wish the movies that protay sharks as man eating monsters would give a reminder that they are not aggressive to man

excellent - just thought this might interest you too - nearly the entire length of the seaweed beds on the norwegian coast are now being trawled by seaweed trawlers. This includes bird reserves and fish hatching areas - laws are changed and scientific papers distorted just for this industry. But now the industry itself is in danger because the plants are disappearing or not growing back as they should - Commercial seaweed harvesting has a massive support apparatus with some of the companies taking part having the worlds worst record in terms of pollution, poisoning and many other crimes - interested? Check out stopptt

Ofc not a lot of people would die from something they try their best and hardest to avoid for the rest of their lives. It only makes sense. No one is keen out there to go dance with sharks or try to own them as a pet

the problem with the fear of sharks is if you experience a shark attack and a live piece ... it doesn't happen to other animals .. the consequences of the attack are horrible ... if you are bitten by a snake it's not so violent ... there is a fear of sharks somewhere

The insatiable appetite for Shark Fin soup is also decimating the Apex shark population and ruining the ecosystem. Buddy Bear is planning on doing an educational video to help support shark conservation
