Great question! Tobyhanna Township does allow STRs but they recently implemented a 12% CSP for the entire township. That means it's difficult to buy there right now for investors because of the unknown of getting a license. I believe that's what's leading to so many owners listing their homes for sale.
I'm also looking at long pond pa area. I like that they have indoor pool as well as outdoor pools with low taxes. What do u think? For str and maybe long term rentals as well.
