Almost all our body functions are controlled autonomic nervous system without our roles . Only few like locomotion or sensory issues. Meaning it's very easy to realize we cannot be owners and controllers of not even our bodies. Similarly everything happening around us has multifactorial components. So unnecessary entangling is just our ego's satisfaction. When we are young and ignorant this wandering is appropriate.
