You have to spray paint the jar black so the light doesn't get in :)

white so that the water does not heat up, black increases water temps by up to 4 degrees

TH-camrs should stop apologizing for silly things that people watching don't care about, like their hair, the hammering going on next door that no one hears in the video, the voice sounding stuffy LOL. Just get to the content of the video.... Which is Fantastic! Thank you, excellent info

After this use black tape on your jars to prevent light penatration and finish it off with white tape so it doesn't heat up the water. And do also cover the top of the pot right above the soil/leca with something reflective like foilpaper.

Why am I bothered because he didn't use some type of organic solution to kill off the algae. I wasted 5 minutes of my life watching you rinse out strawberry plant roots with water. 🤦‍♀️

Hello, I have an NFT system. I was wondering if you are seeing root rot because they stay in the water constantly?

Why don't you just cover the jars or paint them black so they aren't exposed to the light?

Jars all cleaned and covered up now. Plants looking very healthy still thankfully. Was bad idea to leave exposed so long..

‘Please tell me these aren’t the most beautiful white roots you’ve ever seen!’ Bruh they are brown and covered in algae.
    Not white at all
