- A tour of the ruined Grade II* listed Cobham Dairy. Designed in 1794 by James Wyatt, the Gothic-revival eye-catcher sits in the grounds of Cobham Hall in Kent.
Landmark Director Dr. Anna Keay and Landmark Ambassador George Clarke (architect and star of Channel 4's The Restoration Man and George Clarke's Amazing Spaces) visited Cobham Dairy to see why this precious piece of heritage needs to be saved.

I was lucky enough to visit the dairy with Landmark-it will be a magical retreat for 2, with its stained glass & fan vaulting . Can't wait to stay there !
Hi there. I’m from Missouri USA. This building is clearly a diamond in the rough. Perfect size as far as I’m concerned for a retreat of some kind. I’ve subscribed and going to follow this process to the end. Good luck.
I waited and waited for them to say that this wonderful building was truly weathered against our weather.Nothing about the old type of leadwork that was put up on the roof.The intricate lead guttering taking the water away to the ground?.The lead air holes in the roof to let it breath.Nothing was mentioned about the work on the outside to keep the inside as was.I should know?.I was the Plumber who made this possible.

Technically you do have grounds for grievance. As likely some of your tax money could be going to fund that.
Who is George Clarke? 'Our ambassador' isn't a very helpful description.
Also, all the emphasis on how cold the building is does not encourage one to stay there!
Hi Chris - George Clarke is an architect, writer and presenter of several TV shows, including Channel 4's The Restoration Man and George Clarke's Amazing Spaces. We've updated the description to reflect this.
