- The KTM 125 Duke BS6 employs a BS6-compliant fuel-injected liquid-cooled engine, which generates 14.5PS at 9,250rpm and 12Nm at 8000rpm. Interestingly, there is no drop in power or torque compared to the BS4-compliant version. The engine is mated to a 6-speed transmission. Since it’s a KTM for budget-conscious enthusiasts, the motorcycle lacks a slipper clutch. The KTM 125 Duke BS6 is built on a trellis frame. It continues with the same 43mm WP inverted front fork and WP rear monoshock as the BS4-compliant model. Braking duty is handled by a 300mm front disc with radial caliper and single-channel ABS up front, and a 230mm rear disc.
The most affordable KTM in India has become dearer once again as KTM has hiked the price of the 125 Duke. The BS6 125 Duke now carries a price tag of Rs 1.42 lacs (ex-showroom Delhi). The BS6 KTM 125 Duke makes the same amount of power and torque as the BS4 KTM 125 Duke. Underpinnings have also remained unchanged. The only other change is the blacked-out exhaust tip and all-black engine cowl.

@@umeshlhase9465 power and performance are good.......if you drive activa or normal bikes like CD deluxe or shine, then in comparison to them, duke 125 is too smooth and aggressive, overall good power, I also have one........2020 march BS6 model
@@chanduachar1474 I have BS6 duke 2020 march unit...........mileage depends on riding, when I drive in a good manner, it gives me around 45-48 km/l...........when I drive too aggressively, I get 35-38 km/L.............I woukd say that in 125CC segment this is the best bike.........most aggressive bike in this segment! Just the service cost and parts are on the premium side.

Mahn, what a great review of yet another promising 125cc motorcycle. Somehow I really wish the front face design language should be changed for Dukes coz I personally think it's d best for 250cc & above. Talking about seat comfort- well KTMs comfort k maamle me thodasa peeche hi rehta hai but then it balances out by giving great output figures. 15BHP for a 125cc- total thumbs up.
I am glad u wear proper gears while reviewing coz today the roads looked a bit tricky. Seems it rained pathetically.

i own duke 125 bs4 model.....everything is good about the bike...except for that hard seats and the harder rear suspension....its a really practical bike for college students....only thing is service charges are high....3rd service costed me 2700 rupees....little expensive to maintain...take this bike if you are only passionate about ktm....otherwise go for better options like yamaha MT15..if your choice is a naked sport bike
