You should get onto Staffordshire Moorlands Council and query what the hold up is? It’s been six months since the end of public consultation -are they not keeping your parents up to date? Do you want me to get into touch with the company who has submitted planning application on behalf of the owner - check on its progress for you? Or do you want their contact details, I think the office has moved to Ramsgate now?
Don’t be silly Mike is going to do it all by hand to maximise his investment. He can clear the rubbish and replace some windows, put a windmill on top.

I mean if you leave stuff in a place you are squatting because you won’t pay for storage and you have no home - can you really be surprised if somebody helps themselves to it? Or am I just being dumb?
