He is a coach for the iranian national team, the world cup freestyle champions and along with russia the best wrestling nation in the world, and you are telling him he is doing his coaching wrong? How can you possibly tell your wrestler what his opponent is going to do before a match, he is telling him hand positioning, stance and movement whilst the match is going on, which is what 99% of top wrestling coaches do.
I had the same argument over the NBA Grizzlies coach who always stands up and yells instruction to players during the games. As opposed to him, one of the world's best NBA coaches Phil Jackson never stands and yells and his teams have 8-9 NBA championships.
Iran's championships have nothing to do with coaches. The wrestlers win not coaches and his none-stop instructions only shows his own coaching insecurity & lack of trust in his wrestler.
Top of what? A good coach does his coaching before & after the match not during the match none-stop! If he coaches during the match it means he's missed a lot to tell before. They should watch the opponent's older videos, learn his playstyle, strength and weaknesses & go from there. Then they can give the wrestler tips during breaks.
