      Effortlessly? You are being very optimistic. Nigeria has some way to go before we can do such. Nigeria is not safe or secure let alone have the know how to offer international level service. I have experienced the need to use buckets in the shower in 5 star hotel in this country 🤦🏿‍♀️

      It's unfortunate that Nigerian people and government alike do not value nature. Have had ignorant Nigerians argue with me that they don't want to live in bush when I suggested having greenery.

    The GREENERY is EXCEPTIONAL. This is OPULENCE inside MOTHER NATURE. Nature personified and truly made in RWANDA. Seriously, the first time I got to know about Rwanda, it was about the famous Hotel Rwanda. After that, I had in my mind the unfortunate GENO story. And then came the ARSENAL sponsorship which is still running. Wode Maya's famous eating in KIGALI gutter got me to know RWANDA more and see more than the GENO and LANDLOCK. Now I have learned more about RWANDA from STEVEN NDUKWU'S lenses. Well done brother for showing Africa in good light.

    The property design is intrinsically African, those developers in Nigeria showing off western architectural design in an urban jungle should come and school from Rwanda the African jewel. This property is environmentally sustainable as the architect made use of large double glazing glass panels to bring it the African sunlight. I having spent a fortune building my retirement home in Nigeria, it leave me with regret that I am looking between Rwanda and Namibia for security and infrastructure. I have a bunch of expatriates who are all looking for Rwandan property, thanks for sharing.

      Thannnnnk youuuu! I was looking for this comment. I was disappointed in the comments from Africans embracing this. These same colonizers WOULD NOT support your business had it been on wherever they're from. I'm here in America and want Africa for black Africans. The colonizers have done more than enough with taking over everything. The place is beautiful, but I will not be supporting. Ill create my own.

    • @naniboat8563
      @naniboat8563 2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      I get your point but without thier investment it might still remain just a rainforest,it cost some serious money to put something like this together and sadly not a lot of Africans have it,and for me the bonus is seeing my fellow Africans being employed so they can feed thier families and the taxes they will pay to the African Government we can't always have what we want ...100 years from now we will all be gone so enjoy life while you can...

    • @goldenismonica1522
      @goldenismonica1522 2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Nani Boat
      Well the reason most Africans can’t afford to build or own something like this goes back to the same issue. There’s all one common denominator.
      100 years from now who will be gone? That’s such an African mentality to have. Newsflash, our great and great great grand children’s generation will still be here!

    • @shannonlatrise
      @shannonlatrise 2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @@goldenismonica1522 Exactly. They done came and stole much of the resources from the motherland. Then after colonization after countries got their independence majority of the damage has already been done which put our people back hundreds of years to catch up. With the corruption in governments and them letting these foreigners come in and take over, how would the average African afford something like this? People love to put their 2 cents in without much thinking and being very biased. Furthermore, the comment above mentions she's happy to see Africans working, WELLLLL who tf else going to do it? You think they're going to have white people doing housekeeping, cooking,etc..? I think tf not. It's without saying that the colonizers look at us as servants, labours, or entertainers. Nothing more.
