Hello, I have read on the rtings site that this monitor has a lot of problems and input lag at 60 fps. I want to buy this monitor for ps5. Do the games that run at 60 fps have lag or lag problems? especially in hdr mode?

Hi how do you remove the cover on the plugs at the back of the monitor? I forgot how to remove it.
Love your review, just a little bit suggestion, you can ignore it as well, but the music volume level is too high than your voice volume level.. me with headset need to adjust the volume down when the music playing and make it up again when u talking

Do you have any dead or stuck pixels? (be honest please, since I'm making a research). I got the standard XG279Q back in 2020 and I'm having few partially-sub stuck pixels. (very faint green dots on black screen). I'm reading in general (Amazon) that there is no perfect screen, but I want to hear your case. :) Please, have a good look at yours and share. Thanks
I don’t have any dead pixels on mine and I use it every day.

Do you have a PS4 or PS4 Pro? If you have just PS4 then it can only go up to 1080p so the visuals could easily look blurry since this is a 1440p monitor. The PS4 Pro can go up to 4K so it could utilize the screens resolution better. Or you could set it to performance mode and get better refresh rates. And it should be fine for productivity as it's an IPS panel which are more color accurate than a TN or VA panel
As much as I love my ps5, it’s ads is miss leading, they say 4K 120hz but there is no way a ps5 can hit 4K at 120hz. Anyway thank you for clarifying the 1080p 120hz.

I can never appreciate 1080P especially on anything larger than a laptop screen. Even tablets have higher resolutions.
Any idea what is the other I/O port that is covered up? It's in between the Display and USB port...seems like a USB 2.0 to me?
Initially I didn’t know what it was hence not mentioning it, but I believe it’s a 3.0 USB Type B port after some research 😁
@@LiessshyNono i mean the port in between the display port and USB type B. I believe it's a USB 2.0, so it should be 1x USB 2.0 and 2x USB 3.0. ASUS might have to update their info sheet 😃
Oh sorry! Yeah it’s a 2.0 port. The black cap just needs to be removed and the port is there!
