    the great thing about the cutting test is... you never put alot of effort! like a casual swinging of sword!
    it only proves how formidable the blade was... thumbs up!

    Thank you for letting people know about my TFW swords. Good review by the way. :)

      Ron Kosakowski No problem! They're fantastic blades, and I plan on making this one a family heirloom; even after the use I've been putting it through. Thank you for the comment!

    Unboxing during a sword review can be really helpful. Seeing how its packaged says a lot about the company and the retailer.... I just got my first tfw blade and I'm loving it. Some nice cuts in there dude.

    I appreciate that you somewhat know what you're doing with the sword, unlike some internet reviewers.

      Lukas Thoel Thanks! Funny part is I haven't really practiced much Kali or filipino arts. But dang the sword is just so inspiring.

      It's understandable, they're just such beauties. I personally practice the Doce Pares Eskrima system, so It's always fun to pick up a new sword to practice with.

    Thanks SO much for this video. I wish more folks did thorough videos like this for products. I think you just sold me on my dream sword and I've been extremely critical lately. SOLD!
    KoA doesn't deserve you, and neither do we! Amazing and beautiful sword.. I only wish it were longer, but it might just be a good length after all.

      airchompz That's fantastic! I can assure you, after a couple years of owning it (and collecting even more blades) it is still my favorite! I don't usually go for short blades either, but this Kris bites like a much larger beast than it appears to be!! It also works beautifully with a buckler, or a small shield.

      Awesome reply! I very much enjoyed seeing it's cutting capabilities and I was very impressed. You could probably gain quite a following if you wanted to show off more of your collection!
      I also prefer longer blades, I was looking at rapiers and long sword-types, but something about the Kris makes it both beautiful and practical. Would love to see what it could do to some soaked tatami mats! :)

      Okay I see. What style of Kali do you train in

    • @Darune52
      @Darune52  7 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      I actually don't train in Kali. Although I've studied under a number of different styles of weaponry, I've only observed kali and tried practicing on my own time. But I'm not very good lol.
