As I was breathing through the energy after watching the reading I distinctly heard the saying “no man is an island” - don’t mind the gender 😉 I was hit by a huge wave of energy a short while ago and had to go sit down or I was going to pass out - I literally started swaying - so I’ve had to breathe my way through a quite bit of energy already today 😊
