Cutting trees using the Tree jack and the echo 7310 and Stihl 400c.

Got the new Tree jack out and used it to drop done hard leaners. We’re cutting in the dried swamp so we were trying to keep the trees where we could get them out.

Is the muffler modded on the 400?

It has a west coast saws bark box muffler.

The echo 680 and the stihl 400 are on the opposite end of the spectrum, classic old school vs very new school. I know the stihl is faster but you can dog the echo much harder than the stihl.

I agree. That has been the biggest downfall I’ve noticed with my 400. Compared to my echo 7310 that is almost impossible to bog down with the dogs. Thanks for watching.
