William/Billy looking for Tommy makes perfect sense, and I don’t think anybody should expect to see Wanda at the end of this period. This was not the story that would resurrect Wanda. This is the story that continues Agatha story and introduces Billy/William. You have to remember Billy’s state of mind when he jumped from the hex to Williams’s body. He and his brother were not born, they were conjured. They were twins. He probably has more of a connection with Tommy than he did with Wanda and Vision. He awakened in Williams’s body screaming his brother’s name. He also is under the impression, as is everyone else. Apparently, that Wanda is dead. So he knows what happened to Wanda, even though it’s up for debate whether Wanda is dead or not. The only person in his family that he doesn’t know about is Tommy. He’s a 16-year-old kid learning his true identity trying to find his brother. I found that very sweet. This is not Wanda‘s resurrection story.
I think Wanda is too important of a character to bring back in a TV show (then again WandaVision kinda brought Vision back). I don't think we'll see Wanda until Avengers: Doomsday or Secret Wars.
There are trailer clips of Lilia and Jen we haven’t seen yet, so they have to be alive. The showrunner has confirmed that the black heart on the coven list was Billy, not Rio. He was always meant to be part of the coven, but Lilia couldn’t write his name because of the sigil she put on him.
Remember in episode 4, where Billy asks Agatha if she put the sigil on him, and Agatha says that the sigil works on the witch who casts it also. So, it was cool seeing how fast the sigil acts. Lilia literally cast the sigil and then immediately forgot everything about what just happened or who he was.
Hey, Babes. I hope you're hanging in there. It was bittersweet seeing your bright face today knowing that you're grieving. Sending love. 1) So, Rio was not the black heart on Lilia's list; looks like it was probably Billy. 2) During the "Poke the Bear" scene, it looks like Joe Locke is breaking character. lol Kathryn is hilarious. 3) The actors playing William Kaplan's parents are accomplished actors, so I'm thinking they are already signed on for "Young Avengers". 4) Joe Locke recently made his Broadway debut in "Sweeney Todd" as Tobias (Toby) Ragg. Agatha calling "Tommy" "Toby" was a nod to that. Most people laugh because they think Agatha is just being Agatha (which she was), but there was definitely an added inside joke behind it. 5) I hope Billy finds Wanda at the end of the road after learning that she is the key to finding Tommy. 🤞 (I know that's probably wrong, but I'm trying to get Wanda back for you!) 6) In "Multiverse of Madness", Wanda's kids existed in other realities. She couldn't find her boys in her reality, so she (with the help of the Darkhold) went full villain trying to go where they existed. Lilia placing the sigil on Billy (hiding him from ALL witches) effectively kept Wanda from being able to find her kids in her reality. Remember, she could hear their cries for help but couldn't find them. My thought is that Lilia may have seen what would happen if Billy's power was in any way influenced by a Darkhold-corrupted Scarlet Witch and placed the sigil on him to keep her from finding him (and his extraordinary power), resulting in all that followed in MoM. 7) Since you love Wanda, did you notice at the very end that Billy flips his hood up just like Wanda did in Wandavision?
It's okay, I understand how annoying it may be if they end it without Wanda appearing. In the comics Billy finds his brother first then they find Wanda together.
Nah, Lilia and Jen are still alive for sure. But tbh if Billy gets someone back it will probably be Tommy. I don't think they will bring Wanda back in a show. I definitely think it will happen, but they will save something that big for a movie. If I had to guess it will be either be a Wanda flagship movie OR, you know, The Marvels gave us an end credit teaser for X-Men with Monica trapped in the wrong universe... so we'll pull the X-Men, including a fresh, new copy of Wanda and giving a soft reset of the character arc. Or idk maybe it will happen in a show... Vision has his show coming up so since we got him back in her show, maybe we will get her back in his show?? I think (or maybe just hope) that Agatha will be in the mix going forward. She's canonically connected to the fantastic 4 so with that movie on the horizon there are alternate comic-based homes for her. she might not be in the kickoff, but if they make any follow-ups...
Love, Wanda will likely NOT show up in the show. You can trust the leaks you have read though, she is not dead and she will be getting her own movie. You'll ahve to wait a bit longer to see her again though. But, you can at least take solace in knowing that Wanda is not permanently gone, and most recent speculation suggest that Billy and Tommy, TOGETHER, will not only look for their mother but also attempt to rehab and redeem her character.
12:34 Nah, Billy needs Tommy, he’s his other half. Literally. Wanda wouldn’t want Tommy to look for her over Tommy, Wanda knows what it’s like to lose her twin brother, she wouldn’t wish that on either of her sons. I always think about how she explained to them that they’ll always be brothers and family is forever. + They’re supposed to find each other before the Children’s Crusade from the comics where they go and find Wanda together after she disappeared and Strange reported that she took her own life, it’ll be like the other half of the set-up that Multiverse of Madness did.
Hopefully shows will resist releasing all shows in a season for all shows. It might make the fans of shows feel happy, but in the long run it ruins the industry. Imagine going out for a big celebration dinner and getting all your drinks, all your appetizers, salads, mains, dessert, coffee, bread, wine all at once. Maybe episode 7 won't melt while you watch episode 2, but it makes it hard to generate NEW audience buzz. Reaction channels have to binge the season then put all their reactions out the same night or no one will care. Eventually only shows that already rate get made, and nothing new is proposed because "who asked for that?"
@@stephendaniels2213 but the whole big selling point of streaming platforms when they came out was the ability to binge shows. It’s frustrating how they essentially have become cable TV, when their whole point was they were going to be better than that
I feel exactly the same, although it's very sweet he wants to find his brother it makes even more sense for him to seek out his mother. I do think Lilia putting that sigil on him did hinder his knowledge of Wanda Maximoff since she is the scarlet witch, and vice versa, because it hid him from her, so the only thing he has connecting him to his family is Tommy since he remembers him fully. But we need her return ASAP they're taking their sweet time.
I don’t agree. He seems fairly certain based on what he’s learned up into this point that Wanda is dead. It’s his brother who is his twin that he doesn’t know about. Therefore, it makes perfect sense that he’s going to look for Tommy. I think he has a closer bond with his brother based on their shared experience. Remember, they weren’t born they were conjured. And the fact that he was screaming his brother‘s name as he woke up in a strange body, not knowing what happened speaks to his mental state and why he wants to find Tommy.
@@jcs1025 the sigil prevented him of having knowledge of Wanda as his mother and she couldn’t sense him as a result, you were right about the Tommy parts but a lot of that has to do with the effect of the sigil impairing Wanda from knowing where he is, and he doesn’t remember Wanda as his mother because of the sigil affect, but Tommy isn’t a witch so he has the most connection and knowledge of him as a result
@@yehorparkhomenko3354 agreed. Not that I’m not excited to see Tommy, but they have been teasing Wanda since the first episode and it’s very interlinked with her, so I think it’s natural for fans to want to see her or even just proof that she will be returning soon
@@yehorparkhomenko3354 I don’t know that the sigil worked that way on him. It protected him from other witches, I don’t know that it ever said it redacted knowledge in his own mind. But I could be completely wrong and I’m open to being convinced.😉 This doesn’t have anything to do with the last comment, but I’m convinced that the road has been created by William/Billy, probably subconsciously and unintentionally. Agatha claims to have walked the road before, but we’ve seen little evidence that she has any idea what is going on. It’s also interesting that in the second episode the door to the road didn’t open until William/Billy felt threatened enough by the Salem Seven to come running down the stairs, and he was the first one through the door.
