@@GTOHawgI was cross shopping the 2 aswell. I will say if u get the xdrive m4 it is alot faster. Plus u get a more comfortable ride with better interior and tech. @@GTOHawg As someone who's retired, I believe you're looking for a comfortable car that's easy to drive daily, has minimal issues, and is also fun on back roads. In my opinion, the M4 fits those criteria better than the Corvette C8.

Nice review! I put in an order for a 2025 M4 with a manual gearbox. It's at least three months out and I'd love to see a full review on it before it gets here.
Wow fantastic review on the convertible ! I had no idea the little piece in the trunk needed to be down haha. I might do a video of that ambient lighting interior on my coupe LCI
Really love this LCI. Huge improvement IMO. Tiny thing, but I’m glad you also showcased the turn signals. I was very curious to see if they shifted to that unusual pulsing effect they have on those of the X5/X7 LCIs and the new 5 and 7 series.
Hi it's me again I would like to say I appreciate your new video of the new bmw m4 and yes I wake up and ther is my favorite youtube Chanel plus my favorite car you are the best of then all I love you guys you are the best God bless you Thanks a lot for your cool videos ❤❤❤❤
For me yes. This car is extremely performance focused and is something I'd buy. Love what it offers. However the M440 is a fantastic car too at a more affordable price. So just depends on what your budget looks like
@@BrosFOURRSpeed Thanks ....but even if money is no object, in your opinion, does the difference between the two (M4 comp, M440i XD) warrant the higher price of the M4?
It does. M4 Comp has supercar level of performance and fun factor. It's on par with the Nissan GTR. M440 is more on par with a Supra, but is a more practical version basically. So they are both very well worth their prices
So my question is why do so many people including dealers tell you that it's a very harsh ride even in comfort mode especially compared to the 440i? I've also been told that because the tires cannot be made all wheel drive by the dealership that it's very dangerous to drive this car in any kind of snow condition with the tires that come standard
I’m not sure! I completely disagree with the ride quality. I’ve driven an M2 9 hours straight and would do that again it was great. M4 should be identical. Not sure what you’re talking about with tires, but you can easily get any tire you want for this car. The car doesn’t come with tires made for the snow, so you’d need to put on a different tire. It comes with performance tires for road conditions. Not snow conditions.
@@BrosFOURRSpeed allow me to clarify ...my M440 I comes with all-season tires but the M4 does not - and the dealership will not put all-season tires on the M4 so you have to go to an outside tire source to get them which I find ridiculous. I mean, why can't the dealership give me the tires I want?
You need to run winter and summer tires not all seasons. They likely don’t want to add it on the M car because BMW requires them to have “high performance” which no all seasons meet. I run winters just fine, they have no problems with that.
@@davidzvezda Actually I just looked it up and some LCI cars do still have them, but the M4 was not on that list, weird they would still have the blue accents then, hard to tell.
First thing when I get my G80 in august is to replace that horrible flat bottom steering wheel which is horrendous for drifting while letting go of the wheel. Why did BMW make it not optional.....
I love the flat bottom design. For the 1% of people actually drifting it, they’ll probably install an appropriate wheel for that kind of situation. But for the people daily driving it, much nicer.
@@BrosFOURRSpeed Na, even the new performance alcantara-wheel is flat-bottom, so I made a deal with my dealer and they will replace it with the old one for me.
Hi, would this exterior color go well with 825m bi color, and fiona red (on coupe)? Not sure, how silver are thouse wheel, since almost all BSM have 826 black wheels. Plus, whar color of the breaks? Thanks so much
My fave bmw is the i5, specifically i want the cape york color. M2 would be my 2nd choice, im not too big of a fan of the m4. It doesnt look bad, but i beleive the m2 looks nicer
We just had an i5 M60 and it was really cool! M2 is great too! We'll probably have one on the channel in a year or so. Definitely some good M cars lately
@BrosFOURRSpeed I'm just saying I'd keep It in that mode so I won't be tempted to rag it out all the time. Wear and tear is really what I meant. Hopefully, I can order mine the start of the new year 🙏
lol yeah these cars crave to be driven hard! But why buy an M4 Comp if you plan to drive it like a basic car? Might as well get a 430i for half the price. You sent $100k on a car, use what it has to offer. It's built for it. Just let it warm up all the way before driving hard, and you should have worry free ownership
@BrosFOURRSpeed dont get me wrong. I do insist on putting the petal to the metal, but it's really not my thing. I like to drive safe. When I travel and rent out sports cars I still drive like a grandma, sometimes just 10 over the speed limit if I'm in a rush. Why spend over a 100k? Because I still want the sound, power, and style of a real comp lol.
It is obviously my personal opinion, but the combination of the exterior interior color is rather awful. The fact that this car is not equipped with carbon ceramic brakes is an absolute no no for me. I also personally. g80s with both comfort seats and seats. In my humble opinion, BMW sports seats at the Best in the business. This one obviously is lacking those as well. Again, for some folks, I guess this is for par for the course. However, for me, there is absolutely no way I would have specced the car this way.
Black with black interior? That’s very common on a lot of cars.. My R8 and my brothers lambo have standard brakes. Carbon ceramics are only good for track focused driving, like a non street car…daily driving at 45mph and even the track and mountain roads we do, standard brakes are great and they don’t cost $10K to replace..cool you would spec it a different way, hope it would be a track car with all those extras.
Ahhh, I daily my ‘24 M4 Vert and it is HEAVEN every time I leave work

Just a pattern they use for the fabric. Small mix of white thread in the black fabric material
