Oh my goodness that was so beautiful! I live in Portugal and we don’t have anything like this. When my parents were alive I used to come to England for my Mum’s birthday and we always used to visit the big garden centre not far away by car which I used to love! Thank you so much for sharing. X

Really enjoyed this video. We have friends in Melton Mowbray and have visited Gates' a few times now. They always have that model village and I love it ! I'm a Midlander too originally but now in Bedfordshire. Didn't realise you were from that area.

Gates is always the best for magical Christmas displays. I just wish they were dog friendly. We always start our day at Rutland with a walk around the reservoir before hitting up Gates. Absolutely stunning!
