@@FancoPK that's because one of the races in the summit give you an option to use any rally car of your choice and the other race is vehicle specific. The vehicle specific race is the one this person was asking about.

It depends on your skill level. Differences are subtle. I noticed that with most tunes they may increase grip in corners, but at the cost of other things. Often the cars handle terrible on uneven surfaces with all these pro settings.. ,)
Before tuning any cars, I was finshing near the back and I had one 8th place finish. Since doing pro settings a few days ago, I'm consistently getting top 8 finshes with 5th as my highest

It has to be the standard version, not the liberty version. The weekly summits are very specific on the vehicles.
