We see at the beginning that the members running after Heeseung. He's trapped by a shadow, the members trying to save him but also they might thinking they are close enough to save him but the truth is Heeseung is far away. We also see that Heeseung is trying to get out of this. Another theory is that Heeseung might let the shadow catch him, because he wants to protect his members (Heeseung is the oldest so a big brother). We see our Duo NIKI & SUNGHOON NIKI clearly hypnotized SUNGHOON! Also there is a little "dance" between them two. But actually they are fighting, a dance express us emotions and also telling us a story by the dance moves and for me it looks like they are fighting (moves are fast and hard). The black background I think that's SUNGHOON's mind where he got trapped by NIKI. So SUNGHOON is thinking that NIKI is a bad guy. So he's trying to fight against him by dancing. Also as we see the part with the Heart and chain. SUNGHOON is forever trapped in NIKI's hypnosis! So it did worked, but I also think that NIKI isn't a bad guy, he did hypnosis probably every member. Because we all see them together being "Happy" also we see the black background so they all inside the Hypnosis in their own "world". Also NIKI might did that to save the members or to create a new version of freedom and peace without sadness so that the shadow don't catch them. Another theory might be also that the Shadow did catch them from the beginning, the shadow was after them but we just saw that HEESEUNG got trapped? But what about the other members? Maybe they did also go inside the Shadow to search for HEESEUNG and so everyone was trapped. Also another thing is we see each every members part, JAKE and SUNOO also Jay etc. They were all in their traps. So and they didn't really looked happy until they were back together. So my guess is also each members fears. __________ If you react to Mixed Up then you probably might thing that this one should be the title track I also don't have problems with Drunk-Dazed ist a good song but also Mixed Up would fit in as a title track
I don't think FEVER is a sexual song, i saw a comment saying it could be about having a crush on someone, feeling hot around them (like a fever)... yk something along those lines OR since their concept is vampire-like and how vampires can't go in the sun, it hurts them but they want it. I mean... they're pretty, and they're eating the camera alive, but Ni-ki is younger than my middle child and that's enough to creep me out just a bit when I see stuff like this. It doesn't at all take away from their talent or the quality of the song and video, nor does it make me love them less as a group, but dear God in heaven please have mercy when they do this kind of thing. Now, all that said, I love the song... and the video really drives home the idea of vampires being able to be pushed into a fever state (despite being known to be cold beings), which is a cool concept overall. I love that their team has been so creative with how the music and lyrics are being expressed visually, in both choreography and videos.
