싶어 (ship-eo) means to want (to do something) and in the chorus they say two different but similar sounding things:
First is 널 안고 싶어 (neol an-go ship-eo) which means "I want to hug/embrace you"
Second part is 널 앓고 싶어 (neol al-ko ship-eo) which they translate as "I want to ache for you" but it can also be interpreted as "I want to suffer from you"

What you guys are hearing is "널 안고 싶어" (neol an-go ship-o) which means I want to hug you and "널 앓고 싶어" (neol al-go ship-o) which means I want to suffer from you. They sound VERY similar, if you'll notice there is only a slight pronounciation difference. But no double meaning as you assumed. Remember that "ship-o" means "I want" and goes at the end of sentences because that's how Korean language sentence structure works. You say your subject or topic first, then you say what it is you want to do to it or what is happening to it.

FEVER is inspired by Shakespeare's Sonnet 147 ( w/c I'm glad abt this bc it's my fav. and I love Shakespeare) where he is seduced by Dark lady and longs for her despite of the FEVER it causes; " My love is like a FEVER longing still for that w/c longer nurses the decease " EN's experience with the moon is the same.
And one thing there's also a speculations that BTS's , TXT's and ENHYPEN's THEORIES/ STORYLINES were all connected and right before Enhypen came- BTS and TXT already anticipated ENHYPEN's existence bc it was them who'll gonna save them all. BTS- BH Universe and TXT- Magic Island so maybe this is why ENHYPEN came from the show ILAND.

I felt what yall said bout there being always 1 member that is the focus. Like this one, it was Niki 100%, Drunk-Days totally Sunoo and Given-Taken was Jay. I also feel like Jungwon during the chorus, his vocals was just amazing, like the chorus my fave part. Last thing, I swear Niki when he a bit older gonna be in that dance lineup of Lisa, Taemin, and Jongin, he just got the moves and does them so mootly. Cheers
