Rob Rinder returned to the UK yesterday after spending a week on the Polish border, where he'd been reporting on the current crisis in Ukraine. During his time there he helped his former Strictly partner's family, by bringing them supplies once they had safely crossed the border. He joined Lorraine in the studio to share their story of strength and to tell us why he is so proud of his fellow Brits who are helping out there.
