My grandpa worked in the army and worked with some middle eastern guys. He noticed they always worked on everything squatting down on the ground. So he make a recommendation to put their work on a table so it would be more comfortable to work on. Walks away. Comes back. The middle eastern guy was squatting down on top of the table working on parts 😆
Such a technical job performed by highly skilled labor without any technical college degree. It's all hands on experience. They know for sure what they are doing. Very impressive!
Dunno, but without even bothering to check the mesh pattern (engagement) it's a throw of the dice. All they need is a bottle of Dikem - and if necessary, a shim kit for that gearcase to adjust it
At about 12:25 it looks like he's checking the ring/pinion mesh clearance with a... piece of tape... or something? But they never bother to check the engagement pattern.. at all, far as I saw. Maybe they have enough experience with these specific parts to judge it unnecessary, but it's not a step that I'd be willing to skip. The clearance might be fine, but if it's only meshing out on the edge of the teeth, you're going to have a(nother) early failure
on the roads they have, these trucks don´t get much faster than 30mph i guess....so in that case you could be brave enough to skip the part of engagement pattern *LOL*
@@bluforcemotors Whatever they gain through lower running speeds is quickly lost to the awful road conditions and constant overloading of the axles. All of the broken axle / frame repair videos make it clear just how badly they abuse these vehicles.
Bingo, sometime pneumatic, electric, etc. tools. Heavy job under the truck. Missing clean envirement around the job. Any/No gants, eye protections, mask protections, security job, shoe w/metal finger protections, etc. Can you have any pieces to fix the problem?
they are totally cheating with the air tools! And electric impact! All at one shop! 12:08 all that "careful" cleaning and then the guy takes a grinder to it...after it's assembled.
разобрано и собрано все технически грамотно не одной лишней детали не осталось супер))

That how they still kept those WW1 trucks still running all over Asia and Africa.
Calling Harbor Freight. Come in Harbor Freight.
can they not charge more for their work?
기어가 낡아 빠개질 때까지 대부분 안쓸텐데 ㅋ
30년 전에는 가끔 보링해서 쓰기는 했어도 대체 얼마나 타야 저 정도까지 가려나?
Wonder how long these repairs last???

I think that the parts are made well enough to allow a little slop, as long as you torque to factory spec...click!
What is that solution that they are using to clean the parts???, no gloves…..
Guessing it's white spirit aka thinner etc.
women use gloves

The sped up motion ruins the videos … just have multi parts
In normal speed the video will take to much time
@@babarsaleem2861 - So you edit / cut the segments down in time - you don’t speed up the video because it ruins the entire thing - ( just my opinion )
Yeah, because proper sealing is just so HIGHLY overrated...
