I checked a bunch of videos. This one helped the most. But it led me to an easier solution. Just shine a flashlight into the space about the gears, you can see the indentation that he’s feeling for with the metal.
I worked on mine for 2 weeks and finally cracked it- I tried the metal trick but all my tools were much too thick- I never thought of cutting a soda can- Thanks for this very handy tip :)

Ur a superstar I was so frustrated trying to remember the combo mine was unlocked it took me 5 mins walking in the park to find a can and 1min 40 seconds to pick the combo thanks heaps I wad throwing it out😂

Great question - I was able to use a hair pin / hair clip / bobby pin (different countries call it different things) as shown in my video's 13 & 38. Yea I think it would be quicker, you're right! Have a great rest of 2022 :D :D
Only video that worked for me was random shirts. The notches method didn't. looking at it after I got in open the notches line up inside the lock at a right angle to the dots, not under the dots.
Someone asked me how to get into it, and then I saw it in the shop so I had to buy it. There is no feedback in the wheels when tensioning it, so I had to use the probing method. Cheers! :D :D

Fantastic! Sometimes I use my phone and zoom in to see. It's a valid method - well done for figuring it out!
