After seeing your both videos of 'atoms vs molecule' and ' element vs compound'....I observed that elements and atoms are same thing am I right sir ? For example 'H' is an atom and also called element but when to say hydrogen as element or atom ?

Atom is the smallest particle or basic unit of element.
Q: When to say Hydrogen as an element or atom?
Ans: When to say Srajan Gupta or Boy...🙂
It depends upon you.
When take only one unit of hydrogen, you say an atom of hydrogen.
When you generally talk, you say element of hydrogen.
