They’re all so awesome! It’s hard to choose just one. The salmon-bellied racer, vine snake, a snail-eating snake all hold a special place in my heart though.
The biodiversity in Panama is absolutely crazy, did you find all of those in one night? I’m also impressed that you’re able to remember how to differentiate all of these species and facts about them. Keep up the great content!
i honestly dont know how you arent getting millions of views. keep up the grind i almost gaurantee you will blow up (but as i can tell from your passion you dont do this for the money / clout, you obv love what you do here) keep up the good work
@@GeneralApathy ouuu fascinating :0 I'm over in a canadian desert and they're extremely frequent over here, unfortunately its still winter so everything is dead still
Amazing video!!! Loved it. Every second you had a diff snake or insect on screen. Super entertaining. Keep it up!!! Subscribed and with notifications on
Really awesome snakes. I’m assuming many arboreal snakes have quite thin bodies so they can climb through foliage without their weight being as much an issue?
That is an insane species count, you even got a mammal in there. Just awesome footage of some ridiculous animals. Cool as hell I'm super curious to know why you kept the coral snake overnight. Also, how do you get so familiar with the local fauna? Your knowledge is super impressive. Do you specifically study it, while outside of Panama, or did you learn it all slowly in Panama?
I found the coral snake on the last evening of my stay and wanted to photograph it under natural lighting the following morning. I studied the fauna a bit before I arrived, but mostly while I was there. :D
Which snake species was your favorite? Mine was the coral.
For me it was either the first snake or the yellow racer I think was the name, also what is that stinger looking thing on the back of the locust
The coral probably was the best one and that night to day transition was nice
Blunt headed tree snake is a definite favorite.
They’re all so awesome! It’s hard to choose just one. The salmon-bellied racer, vine snake, a snail-eating snake all hold a special place in my heart though.
I really like the coral and the salmon bellied racer I think it was called. They both had the nicest color in my opinion
i love the feeling that you just walk in the woods, suddenly stop, slowly turn your head and look directly into the eyes of a snake/spider/lizard
“It just bit itself; that’s kinda unfortunate.” Made me laugh

Thank you. They were not all found on the same night.
Your knowledge of scientific names is mind boggling
13:50 had me dying "alright, very weird interaction" indeed!
Thank you for the PSA about their muscles, Ive never heard that. Not that I often go yanking snakes off trees or out of holes. :-)
That Beetle had the ride of his lifetime.

Really awesome snakes.
I’m assuming many arboreal snakes have quite thin bodies so they can climb through foliage without their weight being as much an issue?
This is probably true. It also helps them to camouflage among the branches.
8:30 Actual footage of me in social situations XD
Where u been man
hey man, I love your videos! I hope to see more in the future!
Love the cat-eyed snakes🥰

Hey man, you've been away for a while. Did some of those bites actually got you? I'm worried.
You are so very much appreciated 🖤🕷🥰
your voice kind of reminds me of Hamilton's pharmacopia, but with animals
Dang you really know your species! You are like a professional!
"go, kill another frog" gives me "go, commit crimes" vibes XD
mans just gonna ignore the menacing spider at 11:06
11:16 seems like it also's got a mate
Do you have any good resources for learning about snakes in Panama? Like field guides or websites?
Can you do more scorpion videos? Preferably Hadrurus
Very cool channel I just discovered! Do you study these creatures for a living?
had to be rhadinaea, it looked just like the rhadinaea flavilata of the SE United States except the white line didn't go back as far
Anyone else see the spider next to the crevice dweller? 11:15
Does anyone know his isnatgram ? Id appriciate it
Is this mainly a hobby or do you have a degree in biology angled towards reptilians, insects and arachnids?
No degree yet. This is mostly just a hobby.
at this point, if you say that this guy is talking with the animals, i will believe it....
Why is that whenever I go herping, I find nothing, and the people that are terrified of snakes, etc. always encounter them!
Woowwwww
😯😯😯😯😯
Personally i hate snakes but thanks for the education

Please make a Instagram chennal
Snakes don't make sense.
How
Do
They
Moooooove
How are you not afraid touching venomous snakes? I guess you do not have and anti venom meds with you?
Lol 😂 don't casually say biting me .. without saying they are not poisonous right after.. giving me a minor heart attacks mate
Venomous; venom is injected, poison is ingested. If he’s handling it in his hand instead of the hook, safe bet it’s not venomous
How tf did you catch the dasher snake lol
