- In this video I have tried to cover all about HTTP 2, why you should consider moving your website over HTTP 2, what were the flaws in HTTP 1.1 and how HTTP 2 solves those problems.
This is a great video to understand all about HTTP working, its history and how the Internet landscape has changed over time.
If you are still using HTTP 1.1 you are losing the speed game for your website.
And updating your Web Server to support HTTP 2.0 can be done in just a few clicks using your website hosting service. If you are not able to figure out how to do so, you should contact your hosting provider to help you do this.
If you like this video, give it a thumbs up and share it with your friends.

Very much for your work on keeping us informed......
So nice of you
Content was short but its clear and point to point
Thanks Rizwan :)
Thank you so much for explaining it so well! But, Why is HPACK is a good feature in HTTP/2, where it only establishes one TCP connection, it doesn't have to have the Header since there won't be a repetition of requests.
thank you so much
glad you liked it.
Great knowledge
So nice of you.
Thanks.
How we will know if a website is using Http 1 or 2 ?
Good stuff man new subscriber here
Thanks for the sub!
didn't get into details such as where the header data was being cached
Is http/1.1 using same tcp connect ion for different http request?
This depends on server's configuration. We can use the "keep alive" setting to use the same TCP connection for multi-requests.
AFAIK, HTTP 0.9 only supported GET verb. No other methods were supported. Also, the limit on a maximum number of TCP connections is for the server/proxy not specified in the RFC.
Informative content but the unsteady video is very distracting. Please consider using a tripod or a gimbal or place the camera on a steady surface.
Hmmm....point noted. I made this for Instagram and then thought of posting it on TH-cam too.
Good video. Just a small suggestion. Saying "you know" over and over, makes it sound a little less good.
Hahaha! Well pointed out. I have a bad habit of doing this. I am working on improving, but still using a lot of "you know" while sharing anything...
Work in Progress.
