Shyam kotla With the question word 'when', you cannot use the Present Perfect. The question must be in the Past Simple: When DID you service your car? Also, if you formulate a question in the Present Perfect tense, 'have' is the auxiliary, not 'did': Have you already serviced your car?

Mazidah abdul rahim You can use 'can' too. However, if you want to follow the Modals' rules strictly, if you are asking about a 'possibility', could is better than 'can'
