bhai video bahut sahi jankari deta hai, thank you , 1 baat batao k aap ne 90 number oil ko engine oil me kyo milaya ,isse kya fayde hai ? isse oil Degrade nahi ho gya kyoki engine oil me addtives hote hai jo ki 90 number me nahi aate ?

And a 1985 standard from a long time specially long rides ke liye Mai 85 model use krta hu jisme mne ek extra oil cooler system ka fitment Kiya hua hai or oil pump pressure me yeh upgradation se koi issues toh nhi create hone wle ?

This isn't common. Long shot, Next time you open the covers, Do check the plumbing inside the engine body for any blockage. Also, as the crank spindle pulls all the oil, Do look any blockages there too.
Nice video and valuable information. Can you please let me know whether why you are mixing 90 grade oil with 20w40 oil???? Any advantages or reason behind it??? According to user manual in old bullet we are supposed to pour in 20w50 oil. Anyways I'm ready to experiment if you let me know the advantages. Thanks in advance.

Hi! When I ride the bike at lower speeds, and higher gear, the bike tends to do 'sort of missing', when hardly accelerated.

Clean plug....point gappe sett.
Properly carburettor tunning.
Front sprocket change if you want to ride lower speed with higher gear. (15 sprocket).
But you check plug definitely problem solve.

What was the price of the 500cc oil pump? I'm planning to get my engine rebuild as there is a lot of noise and I am planning to upgrade the pump as well. 500cc spares are difficult to procure, can I upgrade to a AVL oil pump? Will it fit on my 95 Standard 350?
Spaindal + Oil Pump Peti (2) + Verm Nut are approximately under 800₹ (original). depending on your local shop price.
AVL oil pump not working well. do not try. use only 500 cc standard old bullet pump not AVL .

No changes required on intake air filter.

Mere pas 94 ka model he , usme front shocker acche se work nhi kar rhe uoar se leak ho jate he har bar , to me mew model ke dalne ki soch rha hu to konse model ke laga sakte he aur konse acche rhege?

I’m having 1978 bullet. I’m not getting mileage bro. Cleaned the carburetor and changed engine oil and oil filter too. But I’m getting 20kmpl. Is there any other thing we can do to increase mileage

Yes... Problem Is in Your Tuning. In Carburettor You will be seen 3 screw , 1 is for Race Increase 2 for Air Mixture (which is fitted with air pipe from Side air filter box) and 3 Last and Small in deep for Petrol flow setting.
Please set petrol screw and air screw , and If you don't able or not understanding go to any old bullet mechanic for tunnung.

Milta hai.... bilkul milta hai koi supply band nhi hai..uske pass nhi hoga bas.

Yes it is practical but conditional because oil flows very high in quantity resultant more than enough oil produce more smoke.

Not same.... Spindle is same but 'Paities are different.
If u ask in shop...350cc and 500cc oil pump part number is both same...whereas in 535 it's different
