The Director's Cut version was fantastic in my opinion.
Easily the best thing this movie did was let the wider audience know just how many of Spider-Man's villains are simply victims of tragedies that need help.
Batman has literal clinically insane villains and he doesn't try to cure them.
Makes you wonder if Batman really does just like hitting people
So they now need someone who is beyond help
& it showed the young Kids that Tobey is by far the most iconic Spidey ever

@@FarzinAhammed Not at all, he was still very much the same Matt Murdock and really stole the show and despite issues I have with She-Hulk, her and Matts dynamic was great
Matt fit perfectly in with the lighter tone of the MCU because despite how dark and gloomy the Netflix show was, Matt was always the light hearted one who would crack some jokes and have some humour so it was perfectly in character, and he was in a much happier place by the end of Season 3

I dare say (no pun intended) that daredevil was one of the best marvel shows out there. strong acting on all fronts, great storylines, especially kingpin's. Charlie Cox really was the best daredevil found

I love this so much because Jon Favreau played Foggy in Daredevil 2003 and this feels like what would inevitably have happened if Foggy never became a lawyer. He’d say “Sure you can crash at my place” to the wrong guy and get accused of aiding and abetting or something

Fun fact: Jon favreau played foggy Nelson in the 2003 daredevil movie so it's kinda crazy seeing the original foggy talking to the other Matt Murdock
I may just be a little dense with this, but showing Happy in the legal dispute would have way more clearly reminded me what Peter Parker was talking about when he saw the Stark machine and said “oh happy” in the next scene. It wasn’t until like the 4th time watching that my family told me when I asked.
On the other hand, contrary to popular opinion, I’m really glad the elevator scene wasn’t in the final movie. There was enough comic relief as it was, and this would have been too much imo.

What makes this scene so surreal is the fact that we have MCU, and Sony versions of the characters crossing over, and in the Sony version of Daredevil, John Favreau was Foggy Nelson.

I think I understand why this is removed. There is a camera recording them and Happy's phone is just lying down flat on the table for everyone to see, not even putting an effort of covering it. But for the life of me I don't understand why they removed the court scene with Happy and Matt Murdock.
