Great video. The quality of your uploads has increased dramatically over the summer. You were always great, but I think we can all agree you’ve found your groove since your room makeover.
This video gets a ton of little things right, from mic levels to things like the choice of a good sounding tape measure. I often hate writing sounds but whatever you used here (maybe ballpoint on clipboard?) took out the scratchy pencil noises that are often a little misophonic for me. Very well done!
You’re so talented Abby! Another great video. Could you consider doing some kind of therapist role play for depression/anxiety or some kind of personal attention video for that? You have such a calming presence. ❤

Cool concept for a video :) I also found it interesting as a neurodivergent person since a lot of us express emotions differently from what is typical, or we lack much natural emotional expression altogether. I'm sure this could be very helpful for a lot of us, but also maybe a bit unsettling for others because of negative experiences with behavioral therapies in the past, where the goal was to make those with different brains 'act' more neurotypical, instead of being more attuned to how they were really feeling on the inside. But this is a cool idea, nonetheless! Thank you for trying it out :)
Curiously enough I am an actor sometimes. Writing and directing plays takes a lot of dexterity, which extends to understanding the strengths and limitations of the people you cast. So I've walked the proverbial mile in their shoes, and my main work tends to get better when my acting gets better. Hope your week runs smoothly, Abby. :)
