@Studio same dude made both bands, hes a french illustrator named mcbess and I guess he just has a passion for music. I love both of them and his artwork is also really cool, a very talented man indeed
cheers. I don't know anything about Rocksmith. There is a channel called PoizenJam and he has several thousand rocksmith covers, maybe he can point you in the right direction. The song is pretty new though.
@@stevebadachmusic Thanks a ton! I appreciate your response and pointing me in the relevant direction. Best wishes! I’m still very new to bass, so videos like this are very helpful. 👍🏼
Sorry, this is the tutorial. You can clearly see what I'm playing, I have linked to my isolated bass track in the video description, and you can slow videos down on youtube. All the tools are there for you.
are there any good tabs for this online or did you do this by ear? i cant find any and have been struggling to learn this on bass myself. amazing cover!
Sorry, no tabs. I do everything by ear. But between being able to see me play, and having access to my isolated bass track, and being able to slow videos down, I'm sure with a bit of time you can figure it out. But take note: I am tuned down a half step.
To me, that suggests either you aren't ready to learn this song, or you haven't put in enough time and effort for your desired outcome. I suggest investigating the isolated bass track I link to in the description. Slow the song down if you need to. Focus on listening, rather than looking.
the whole Tubes album is so damn good
This song and band have been my guilty pleasure all year Idk what genre but Im in love 😁
Maybe something along the lines of psychedelic rock?
@@Ivana9910 I remember being told that at least tubes is yacht rock

i asked on reddit and mcbaise legitimately responded, he said yacht rock but mostly he doesn't know
I love Mcbaise's bass but hearing your wonderful bass cover makes it so much better. Thanks man :)
cheers. almost always good basslines with Mcbaise.
This cover was a smooth waterslide. Brava! ☕️
Thank you! 😊
I learned it slightly differently but I think it achieves the same result. Love this freaking bass line and your cover is awesome as always
cheers. did you learn it in standard tuning? I always just play whatever I hear!
Mcbaise is just fantastic
This is st8 fire I bump your cover when I do my college work

Amazing cover, friend! Also, if anyone knows where I could potentially get this track for Rocksmith, please let me know.

Very nice cover! Question though, is the music you are using with or without the bass? if it isn't I would like to know where you could get this?
I'm just playing overtop of the original recording.
Can you please do a tutorial on this

@@stevebadachmusic thank you! the isolated track is very helpful
The tone comes close to that of a P-Bass.
But this is a very slow waterslide.. nice playing my friend!!
Slow waterslides last longer. 😁
@@ThunderBassistJay in that case you'll have to lower your swimshorts. Otherwise you'll get stuck in the middle
@@woodmum Why wear swim shorts at all?
@@ThunderBassistJay My slong get's stuck in the waterslide joints...

I can't see what you're fingers are actually doing
