They always underutilize talented Black female comics on SNL. It began with Danitra Vance (look her up) and continued on through Leslie Jones.

Well in a way it would just become another Daily Show. It works better as a short 10 to 12 minute segment in the 90 minute show. If it was just a half hour show, I think it would start to feel boring.
