Tour of Domus Galilaeae | Mount of Beatitudes, Israel

Domus Galilaeae on the top of the Mount of Beatitudes, Israel.
The final place that we visited during our tour of the Sea of Galilee area was impressive Domus Galilaeae (House of Galilee ) that is located on the peak of Mount of Beatitudes in the northern Israel.
It is a place of learning. The guides at the site are basically students who live there. They are from different places around the world.
The architecture is amazing. The architects got it right with their use of materials, natural colours and the natural light.
The views of the Sea of Galilee are spectacular.
This is not a monastery, this is a place of study where young men, from all over the world come to learn and return to their countries as priests.
Make sure to call before your visit to make sure the place is open and that there are guided tours available.
Whatever you believe in, this is a place of interest for all.
Well worth the visit.
