  • I bought this bike in late August of 2017 and tucked it into the corner of my shop to wait it's turn to be restored. Over the next couple of years, I picked I away at various bits, powder coating and rebuilding as I went. Carbs were completely overhauled and stayed in the box for the next couple of years. Finally, I was all caught up on other work and in April, I dug into this one with a vengeance. Everything started coming together - suspension, brakes, cooling system, electricals, etc. Today I rolled it out to the edge of the garage and after a little cranking, it fired right up. Within 30 seconds, it was off the choke and idling nicely. Finally - I can button things up and take it for a ride!

It sounds great! Subscribed after I seen your 83' CB1100F restoration.

I sold that a couple of years ago. Wasn't riding it enough to justify keeping it. Great bike though.
