Sikyong Penpa Tsering Delivers Democracy Service Medal Award (NED) Acceptance Speech

Sikyong Penpa Tsering of the Central Tibetan Administration receives the Democracy Service Medal for his leadership defending democracy and human rights on behalf of all Tibetans honoured by National Endowment for Democracy (NED) on Thursday, June 13, 2024.
The National Endowment for Democracy hosted a special evening as recognizing the NED partners who have made an exceptional contribution to the cause of freedom and democracy through the impact of their work and celebrate extraordinary individuals who have demonstrated, through personal commitment, their dedication to the advancement of freedom, human rights, and democracy.
