On the Scoville Scale, it was rated between 1.2 Million and 2.3 Million... There's a new Hot Hybrid Chilli out there, that's reported to be twice as hot as the Carolina Reaper... It's simply known as Pepper X... The Hottest Food I've ever seen someone eat, was a Pizza that had a Tomato Sauce base... laced with Pure Capsicum... It was rated as the Hottest Food in the World at that time... A mind blowing 16 Million on the Scoville Scale... And in a UK eating challenge with this Pizza, it was a young lady who won... by not only finishing her Pizza first... But she also finished off another competitors left over Pizza too. Just a quick tip mate... if you ever do it again... Use gloves to handle the Chip... or use a square of Kitchen Roll... I've seen some people handle a Hot Chilli Chip... And when their eyes water, their natural reaction is to wipe away the tears with their hands... Not a smart idea, if there's none of the powder on your hands to start with... you simply can't transfer the powder to your eyes accidentally... I wouldn't do it again, but I would like to try it crumbled fine & mixed into a chili con carne. HAVE you tried "HOT SHOTS EXTREME CHILI PORK CRACKLING:THE GHOST" BFG? Available in not many pubs. It was not bad; & when I have it again I'll try it with a bloody Mary. It wasn't such a great idea having it with a Guinness; stout v chilli is a bad combi! PS ANYBODY down South been to the, summertime, Bennington Chilli festival in Herts? I've been once; well worth it. Thank goodness for the icecream van! Chilli sprays that was a new one💥
