No documents are required for hongkong PAR
Got successful PAR slip however added a random hotel address on the address of accomodation since I don’t have a hotel booking as of now and that was a mandatory thing to fill, I only have a return flight ticket and I will have a hotel booking at the time I reach there, shall this be a problem while I board the flight from Delhi?
No unless you don’t carry hotel booking and flight

There is a question -
“Have you ever been refused a visa application by the HKSAR or any other country/territory?”
I selected YES
Because I have a student visa refusal from USA
Is the question pointing at Tourist visa refusals or in general any type of visa?
I contacted Hong Kong immigration and they asked me to file for a visa.
Should i wait for a few days and retry PAR?
This time should I mention about my student refusal? Or simply select “No” for previous refusals

The registrant will be allowed to make a new registration only when the current registration has expired.
And it’s close to zero chance they will renew you more than twice.

China visa you have to book an appointment online and then visit VFS/embassy to submit the documents

Unless you have a blood relative who is a permanent resident of HK sponsoring a visit visa, you wont get 6 months visit visa on Indian passport.
Even in above the max is 3 months. Six month courtesy visa is for old age parents who are below 70 and not eligible for dependents visa.

Does not work for Chandigarh. Application is unsuccessful as passports from punjab region are banned.
I have applied end number of cases from punjabi who got successful PAR
