Hey y'all!!!!! I am so excited to be finally uploading this video (trust me, it's been a long time coming!) This video is the first episode to a new series I created called 'ON THE HUNT'. Let's be real, as a type 4 natural, it's SO HARD finding decent holding products ie. gels, mousses, and custards that have good quality ingredients at an affordable price. A great wash n' go starts with great products! This series is meant to help us sift thru what doesn't work, so we have nothing but the best products added to the stash.
I am trying ‪@cantubeauty‬ 's Curl Activator Cream (leave in conditioner) and their Define and Shine Custard. I will be testing out these products for a wash n' go. What I look for in a good wash n' go is HOLD, MOISTURE, & DEFINITION, so let's hope we get just that.

​@@coilyheadedbbyhello I'm knew to your channel onJuly 6,2024 @2:35 am Florida time I couldn't sleep I decided to see some you tuber who use Cantu Products in I came across 2 other its help but not like your because i see negative about this products in i said oh Lord have i spent 25 dollars of these product So brought the shampoo,condtioner,the Avocado hydrating moisturizer plus defines for frizz free Curls, because styles told me to something that's have moisturizer in its because my Hair get so dry maybe because of Florida so did apply to my Hair that's have been already have twist by my styles, so just retwist it in its work L.o.L THEN i got the Shea Butter Tea Trees&Jojoba Hair&Scalp oil, even though i have the one with moisturizer,I still something that's I can use on my Scalp because it's get dry quick don't no why, THEN I start to get the Custard so now I'm going to get it's,after I saw what it's do to your hair I'm going to get it's Then I have a Cantu Extra hold Gel just probably for my edge when I have it's up ,So What u think about the products that i have Medium length hair because your length or 1/Inch shorter then your but I do wants to get Longer real Long L.o.L just love my hair Long it's was very Long But I have Thyroid In that's will take your hair out I didn't no that until I looked it's up But God bless u on your Video in I'm going to gets the Custard but I have mines free curl moisturizer in a JAR again thanks

Hi, watching Aug '24. I had to stop buying the Curl activator wayyyy back in the day for the same reason, I couldn't get it out of the bottle. The packaging is STILL not fit for purpose for the product! It needs to be in a tub or have a pump dispenser. I don't want to have to fight with my products to be able to use them! 💀
I do think you might've been a bit heavy handed with it as it seemed to just sit in your hair. Also, the instructions for the custard is to apply to soaking wet hair but I think your hair was quite dry by the time you layered the custard on. Still, we all know it's a journey and your curls are really pretty.❤ I do think you need to call the product by it's correct name though, you kept calling it a gel when it's a custard. It can be confusing for someone who then tries to find it to buy. 🤷🏾‍♀️❤️

I would put some oil on it
