Hey Kel, another Kel here, someone probably already commented but that baby mattress went to the bassinet that you were holding up while digging and that baby chair that looked kinda like a car seat is actually a baby feeding seat the table that attaches to it was right on top when you first got to the dumpster, those and the baby bath would make a great trio bundle for an expecting or new mom.
Hi guys. Baby stuff is hugely expensive. If you get any in a good condition you should grab it. Excellent garage sale items and even great items for donation. Even first time parents in today's life buy second hand items. That small trolley in the dumpster is for the baby chair you took out Kellie. Luv u guys and happy dumpster diving you to xxx
I think she found at her first yard sale for this channel just how well baby items did, even clothes, and started giving them priority when on the hunt. But u can tell it's not all familiar still because they leave bits of things behind...oh well... good haul today.
Awesome dive !!! The dumpster with the food Alex found had an expensive baby bassinet in it, it looked brand new and the stand was there for it as well. The little mattress you found wrapped in plastic was the mattress for it that you put in the bed of your truck. The person who bought it had to have paid at least $150-200 dollars. I kept saying take the baby's bed !!! At one point you even had your hand on it to look underneath it. There are so many young mothers who have nothing to start out with for their newborn. Baby items can be donated to shelters or homes for teen moms. If there are any in your area any item like that would be greatly appreciated I know. Over 40 years ago I was in that position myself but there was no help like the girls have now. Please consider next time you see good salvageable items !!! LOVE your channel, I never miss a dive you and Alex do...God bless !!!
The treadmill works, you have to have both of your hands pressing the buttons on the handles. It's a safety feature if you let go, it stops so it doesn't throw you off
@@simplycrochet1430 yeah. I go through cycles with this channel. I watch for a little while, then get frustrated and stop watching for months, then repeat. It's hard especially with things like this, or even the lights earlier in the video (they took the wires and remote, but left the expensive lights behind; and I was practically screaming about the lawnmower. They can easily and cheaply be repaired, and she really wanted to leave it). I get frustrated seeing larger items that work or can be easily repaired, but let's take 37 cracked laundry baskets and gross used mops. I get too frustrated at what I feel like is basic knowledge of some items, and how many items are dismissed as either they don't know what it is or how it works, or don't want to put in a little work to repair major items, but get so worked up about a mop or a tshirt. If someone is going to have a public platform and sometimes get a bit preachy about recycling, then certainly don't second guess a needed major appliance (re: the mower). And yes, I did dumpster dive until I broke my back, and I do prefer vintage/used over new, but I'm not running a social media platform where I publicly complain about people throwing things away. I know I shouldn't get so frustrated, but even small amounts of hypocrisy really bother me (for any situation). Guess it's time to stay away from the channel again for a while. Sorry for the rant, it just really aggravated me.
as i was watching ;you dive i saw you pull a quilt out of the dumpster, i have the exact one on my bed. i got mine out of a wrecked car. give it a good wash and it is like new. keep up the good work. i envy the things you do. good luck.
Great finds! I think the big flat Teddy Bear might have been a Teddy "Bearskin" rug for a child's room. The face was so cute, someone like me would have added stuffing back if it was just a big a toy with the inside removed, but I think it was a rug. Just my thoughts. Also, Bones big meows surprised our kitty, Bagel. She was trying to figure out where that other kitty was. Lol!
I would have left the pictures frames too! Firstly, it’s your choice what you choose to take. Secondly, whilst the mould and mildew could be removed it can be very bad for your health to breathe in and you would need to make sure the area was properly ventilated. Thirdly, if not removed in its entirety it will grow back and would contaminate the other items they have saved.
Awesome finds...the quilt you found is a pattern called "wedding ring"...as I have been a hand stitching quilter...this was always made for gift of newly weds...all us girls quilted and our mother...those days are gone...arthritis doesn't allow me to do finger work any longer...love you guys and what you do...🥰🥰
couple of drops of clove oil will shift the mould. Mix it in a spray bottle with some water and that mould will come right off. It kills it as well so it won't return.
Hi Alex , I think you missed the bath stand, it was white metal with wheels. Also, the chair is one you can put on a normal chair and secure, it had a serving tray as well. The grey thing you held in your hands as one of the first things.
I often wonder what the story is behind some of the stuff in the dumpsters. Like all the baby stuff, the kitchen ware and the lovely quilt. Why do they just get trashed? It'd be interesting to know.
Love Bones interrupting your speaking to camera, just letting you know he is the most important person in the room and cuddles are demanded. Some good finds, you left the stand behind for the baby bath.
So love watching your videos! I only found you about 5 weeks ago, and have been binge watching off and on since. I used to dumpster dive years ago, but stopped when my grand kids made fun of me. Watching you guys has reminded me why I used to do it. Got my husband to drive me and started diving a few weeks ago. What a thrill. 😅😅😅❤❤❤
I enjoyed this so much, the saying one person's trash is another's treasure! You both got really good items in great condition. Watching from Ireland 🇮🇪
🤗 YaaaaaY! for your great haul. 🤗Awesome. 🙌🏼 Nice purse and kitchen items. Glad for Alex's new mover, NeatO! 🥳 Thank you Alex and Kelly, for sharing your diving adventures, I enjoy my every tag along. 😊 Be safe, 💖💖 Hugs. Blessings.
Some great stuff you found on this haul. I am coming up on my 25th Christmas to use the tree I rescued from a dumpster! Love your smiling face and all that you do to keep things out of the landfill. You are being good stewards of this land God has given us!
The pattern on the quilt is called the wedding ring my husband and I were blessed with one from his daughter for Christmas one year. He passed 8 years age and it had to be at least 8 years earlier that we got it. I am still using it today. Such a good memories and such a blessing. God bless the both of you for helping so many.
The wrapped 'mattress' is a changing table pad, and the little chair hooks to a kitchen chair so your kid can be at the table with you instead of in a high chair.
Kelly, love the dainty little sneezes! Hey Guys, Clean the mold, if it doesn't work, then toss it. Wash it, spray with lysol or clorox, lay in the sun. In fact, try putting it in the sun first,... I've recovered things that way. Even if the backs are irrecoverable, the frames and glass are still fine. Wonderful finds! God bless ✝
Yes, that picture frame she rubbed her finger on & said it was dust….nope, that was the mold from the backs of the other frames. It was then that she began sneezing.
@@daisyrodriguez2711 Yes, that occurred to me too. The frames would have cleaned up pretty well. Of course you would not bring them in until cleaned! God bless ✝
If you guys sell all of the stuff from the past few months in a big garage sale or something, please, please do video footage of the garage sale. I will visit it vicariously through the video. Lol! 😅❤
They will vlog the sale for us for sure, maybe even do a livestream of the yard sale. They have in the past each time, you should go back and watch one or two of the yard sale vlogs... One of the first sales she had ppl name their own price and accepted whatever but I think it works out better when u set a price and are willing to accept an offer...I think she does it that way now and likes it better. Shouldn't be too much longer before they are ready for a yard sale...maybe just waiting for weather to cool off a bit... would be good soon as schools get back in session, ppl buying for college apartments (ironic I know) and stocking up on clothes and shoes and all that they have filling their garage. Am sure it will feel good to purge and sell all they have collected...then also fun to use the money they make. I wonder if they have a specific project in mind like maybe more on their back patio...
That one small black bowl you found (in this video or the previous one) is NOT an ashtray. There were no notched on the edge of the bowl to hold a cigarette. It is just a normal dinner ware bowl.
Kelly and Alex!!! Thanks for taking us along with you!!! I appreciate you both so much!!!! Stay safe stay great and keep up the good work! So much saved !
The kids chair thing is a kind of highchair that you can put in a regular chair and the gray looking tray thing you moved several times is the peice that goes on for kids to eat off of. That would have been a great thing to take
That beautiful quilt you found is called the Wedding Ring pattern. They are a symbol of unity and love. I use to make quilt but has since not been able to. I have one that I am now quilting.
You can take the old flowers off that wreath and put new ones on. Sell it at your garage sale; a crafter would love to find one that large for cheaper than the stores.
Awww man I was sooo hoping you took that treadmill to flip it !!!! I just looked it up that same one is $200. ++++ And it was most likely a safety thing you have to have both hands on it. And the weight is 220 lbs. go back and get it lol

Sunday I picked up a brewing kit for beer or wine curbside. I flipped it yesterday on Marketplace for $50. I also flipped a blue gazing ball for $8, and a set of Hall's mixing bowls for $30. All were found curbside. I love watching you both find your items, and save so many things from the landfill.
Super Duper love all of your videos! I will say that I am sad that you did not grab the treadmill though. You could have sold that for some cash. Maybe just no room to store it?? The mattress that you found looks like one that would be for the top of a changing table. Looking forward to your next video!
Can't wait for your sales...at least you don't have to be emotionally attached to the items! Great finds and the audio missing didn't bother anyone. Your voice is lovely so it worked out well!!😊
Hi guys. The quilt I think is a ‘wedding ring’ quilt. I have one that I have had for 50 plus years. The dive as a whole is fantastic. Till next Tim! Stay safe and have fun. Betty
The little metal thing you said was a napkin holder I believe holds that lil glass bottle on the table. There shoulve been 2. Im not 100% but thats what it looks like.

Would’ve been a great add to the medical closet that some community centers have to borrow equipment. Hopefully someone sees it. 21:55 A Busy Beads like that was $35. or more back in 1988. I'm surprised you don't pull down big stuff on top, even like big boxes so you can dig better. There are 2 of you to easily put back into dumoster when done. I would. I would have taken the bassinet and high chair or step stool that is on top.
Awesome finds today! When I was still at my house, I had a Black & Decker electric lawnmower that was the best one I ever owned! Lightweight, mulched and I got used to maneuvering the power cord without running over it. The power packs look much safer to use, I must say. Thanks for another great video!
Dang it! That treadmill worked.
I absolutely LOVE the quilt!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

23:35 The mattress looks like it would fit a changing table.
34:37 I think I saw one of those with the squeeze bottles for ketchup and mustard.
I'm surprised you don't pull down big stuff on top, even like big boxes so you can dig better. There are 2 of you to easily put back into dumoster when done. I would. I would have taken the bassinet and high chair or step stool that is on top.
Yes agreed
Good idea Kelly about the electronics walker..
Those bigger piece of new carpet would be comfy for Bones
I didn't see a comment about the beige back support brace . Some are lumbar support. I used one working as a stocker at retail store .
Awesome finds today! When I was still at my house, I had a Black & Decker electric lawnmower that was the best one I ever owned! Lightweight, mulched and I got used to maneuvering the power cord without running over it. The power packs look much safer to use, I must say. Thanks for another great video!
I loved your music choice
Great finds today
