I purchased this product about a month ago and I have no complaints. The only thing I was wondering and I need to do some research is how much electricity does it use (cost) I have it in my garage just to keep the chill out.
Hello from Hudson Valley NY Just found your channel and just subbed! Question What is the sqft that this heater will heat up? Looking at a 14x30 garage ,9’ ceiling 430sqft Good luck with the channel and the reviews. God Bless
I have it in a room that's 14ftx10ft & it works perfectly but it's inside. I would suggest 2 units on either side of a garage that size. If doors aren't insulated & in a freezing climate probably 3 units spaced out for even coverage but could try 2 & see if 3rd needed. Good luck💪
I have an insulated loft are 37x23, would two of these heaters heat the room well? Room is carpeted and hip ceiling so not fully square room. Do you think two would keep it at 70° without running all the time?
The room I have it in is roughly 10 ft by 12ft with vaulted ceilings and a big single pane window. I would think 2 would be enough but that's just my guess
Maybe I missed it, this unit comes with an external thermostat correct. You mentioned ambient temperature a couple of times. It would not be able to read ambient temperature without an external thermostat.
Thermostat is probably inside unit reading incoming air from the room. Try downloading a PDF manual for this model. Good chance it will have more detailed info.
Great question. I actually only use the control features on the actual unit and the remote that comes with it. The app is cool but I just set it at the temperature I want and I'm done
Do you know if the Google/Alexa Wi-Fi antenna wire is independent of other systems inside of the unit? In other words, can the google/alexa Wi-Fi antenna wire be physically removed without compromising functionality of any other parts of the heater?
It's all built in so not something you remove or could easily remove. I actually just use the set temp feature that keeps the room at my desired temp. I barely touch the unit once it's set
Heat Storm is another brand like the Dreo. It is a good heater, just got one. It doesn't have the oscillating vents, but it does help keep my living area warm. you need to run in a little longer if it starts getting around 50 outside, but running it on like 74 it will warm up a nice area, then cut off. So if it's super cold, then probably go to 77 or so. It checks the temp of the room every so often and then turns on if it detects the temp is below the desired temp. I don't have the dreo, but looks like they do perform about the same. The Heat Storm 1500, is the one I have and it is a little cheaper through Amazon right now. Hope this helps.@@ProductReviewsDoneRight
Why would a company reach out to someone with only 21 subscribers? That really really really feels like a giant fib. Gonna go with you bought it yourself and you are lying to try and trick other people into sending you stuff.
Great question. We started as Amazon influencers and with over 300 reviews www.amazon.com/shop/ryanswanson Companies send us items all the time. To help the companies we launched a TH-cam channel.

My dreo smart wall heater has horrible ambient room temperature sensor. It's always off from the actual room temperature. Sometimes 5-15°f difference.

@@joemendyk9994 temp from return, that sounds reasonable.
Could we just use the control buttons on the unit? Or do we really need to have the app to use the product.

Mine came with a standard grounded plug.
They offer both
Does it also cool the room?
No. Just heat or fan without heat
How does this stack up against a Heat Storm?
Heat storm? Not sure what you are asking.
