Well my single malt was in aug and will give me a good - for that month. I am sat now working on my Paul sweater which should give me a good boost for September. Yarndale will be in this month.
Wow your progress this week is amazing- you’re on fire! I always find that working out the minimum I need to do each day is the only way I’m going to be successful at finishing something. It usually leads me to do more because I want to “get ahead”. Lol
Your single malt is beautiful! I love the colour and pattern and they pair really well. I often use cascade yarn for my guy’s knits - it’s Peruvian wool too but quite low cost and easily accessible (at least here). I don’t think I’ve seen the Filcolana in stores here, but I believe it’s the exact same make up as the cascade. I will keep my fingers crossed you got the body done and that it blocks bigger and softer for you:)
Oh My Goodness! I started the mosaic make along with Expression Fiber Arts last year, knitted through the fifth month and it’s been hibernating ever since! LOL! I’m using stash cotton yarn and look forward to having the heavy, but breathable blanket, but it’s such an intense knit!!! Even on the ‘wrong side’ you have to watch your yarn placement. 😅 I hope to make it a bit longer, but I don’t know if I’ll do all 12 sections. 🤔
PS Vinny’s noises made me giggle!! 😂 Was he napping near the camera before he came closer to you? I thought I heard doggie snoring and paused to see if it was my Sparkplug, but it wasn’t… 🤣
@@angieanderson6082 ooooooo i hope you finish it. I’m determined to get mine done. Especially after seeing it on camera 😊 im still doing my 6 rows each day. Your not far behind me so you could have yours done in not much longer than me xxx
Your Single Malt is gorgeous but that Advertence is a work of art and patience! Looking forward to seeing that growing.
@@AmoPawfectPastimes Thank you. I had no idea what i was getting myself into but the yarn is amazing to knit with and i will be happy ones its done 😊
Those bags are gorgeous! Enjoy! You might want to save your knits to finish in September when you’ll have your YarnDale purchases to counter

@@ajborthwick7239 i totally forgot about cascade and i don’t think thats a yarn I’ve tried yet xxx
@@mlea79 I love cascade for a workhorse yarn that is still soft. I’m waiting for some charcoal to come in to my LYS for my next project
I would recommend the Flax Light by TinCanKnits
Is that for my partner?
@@mlea79 yup:)
Thank you. I will have a look xxx
