Excellent info for someone trying to install LED bulbs on the V650..This also explains to people that you do not need to cut the dust cap which few tend to do considering how long these bulbs are as compared to stock..Good job as always.
You can buy H7 bulb’s direct replacement LED and can change without removing anything at all. Just reach out from the available space from above and below and put the new bulb in . It took me 1/2 hour to do both and I opened no nut or bolt.

With the rubber cover,heat can't go off,the chips board wouldn't last long.
The assembly is such that there is alot to ventilation. So no Don't worry the lights last a long time. In my case. Been 4 years or maybe slightly more

How to clean reflectors from inside ?
That's a very lengthy procedure and there is no guarantee that it will not damage the components.
