Welcome to the realm of the Wolfpack (Lovebites fans from around the world) ! This song was released in the midst of the pandemic back in 2021 and was designed to give the world hope in trying times. Therefore, as you have mentioned, the lyrics are positive and there're some religious vibes, but note that Lovebites is not a religious band. Also, these amazing ladies don't just play power metal, their music is best described as a seamless and innovative blend of speed-power/thrash/prog/neoclassical metal/heavy rock/power ballads which makes their sound unique. To experience a much thrashier side of this band, I recommend "Set the World on Fire" LIVE : th-cam.com/video/99zsH6iG_6c/w-d-xo.html . Lovebites are phenomenal LIVE !
They're the best today, rolling fast without brake, all talented musician, better live than studio version, thank you reacting Lovebites, carry on, tons to go, I suggest check Shadow Maker live Tokyo 2021, great reaction 👍👍👌
Welcome to LOVEBITES, thank you for doing this reaction to LOVEBITES, for me this lady are so good on the instrument, check their live performance, it's even better. LOVEBITES ROCK
LOVEBITES - Glory to the World lyrics: Everything around us will fall into dark When you keep on looking into the sadness Nobody in this world may ever be free My hearts will shiver and I can't take deep breath But rains will end, and nights will pass, griefs will purify The dawn will come and bring the light in this world Grace to my heart, Hallelujah I know you really care for me So I leave everything in your hands You'd walk with me all the way Learning to love yourself It is the greatest love of all Time will come where we feel the love and the reason to be me Standing in nowhere and searching for meanings A sleepless night haunting us like a shadow A blur in the future, the fear of unknown There will come a time where we can leave everything behind Breeze are running through the land and endless to the sky Together we will make it through this deep night Grace to my heart, Hallelujah I know you really care for me So I leave everything in your hands You'd walk with me all the way Learning to love yourself It is the greatest love of all Time will come where we feel the love and the reason to be me SOLO: midori / miyako / both And rains will end, and nights will pass, griefs will purify The dawn will come and bring the light and lead us to a new world Grace to my heart, Hallelujah I know you really care for me So I leave everything in your hands You'd walk with me all the way Learning to love yourself It is the greatest love of all Wherever you go, this world that we breathe together, Nothing more precious ----- lyrics: asami music: midori & Mao arrangement: LOVEBITES (miho, haruna, midori, miyako, asami) album: Glory, Glory To The World 03/10/2021
LMAO....you haven't really experienced these insanely talented musicians until you hear them LIVE. Petite women who wear their feminity proudly in heels and gowns and turn into metal goddesses on stage. Pick anything LIVE, and you will have your brains melted. Best thing to happen to metal in decades. All the glory of old school metal mixed with classic influences and elevated to LB's standard. Welcome to the Wolfpack (fanbase) and the vanguard of all female Japanese bands.
Their intention was to give hope and spread positivity during the covid time with „Glory to the world“. They have mostly positive lyrics, but not religious. The location in the video is a commercial wedding place in Japan, but not used as church. And here is the anime opening song „Winds of Transylvania“ th-cam.com/video/HsE4Ub_Pjh8/w-d-xo.htmlsi=lZyD12UZXnKVVfyd And they‘ve already been on tour with Dragonforce in the UK back in 2019 … But their main influences go back to 80ies: Iron Maiden, Helloween, Metallica, … and also classical music

Welcome! Thank you for your reaction to LOVEBITES. It is a very wonderful reaction. LOVEBITES has about 60 songs. Please keep up the good work LOVEBITES. LOVEBITES was formed in 2016 by Miho(Ba) and Haruna(Dr), members of the band "DESTROSE", which went on hiatus in 2015. The girls made their major label debut in 2017 (March 24) with "THE LOVEBITES EP". On 18 June 2018, LOVEBITES won 'BEST NEW BAND' at the Metal Hammer Golden Gods 2018 awards organised by the British metal magazine METAL HAMMER. On 4 August, LOVEBITES performed on the W.E.T stage at WACKEN OPEN AIR 2018, one of the world's largest annual metal festivals in Germany, with the 10,000 capacity venue almost full. "Bloodstack open air 2018(Aug. 10)" also participated. On August 20,2018, LOVEBITES announced that it has partnered with X-ray Touring, one of the largest players in the UK booking agent industry. LOVEBITES toured the Netherlands, Germany, France and UK from November 13-21, 2018. Asami (Vo) of LOVEBITES appeared as a guest on stage at Halestorm "Download Japan 2019(March 21)", singing alongside "Lzzy" Hale on Halestorm's 'Love Bites', which gave the band their name. I participated in "dowload Festival 2019(June 15)". And Asami of LOVEBITES appeared as a guest on stage at Halestorm Download Festival UK 2019, singing alongside "Lzzy" Hale on Halestorm's "Love Bites" again after Japan. LOVEBITES join DragonForce on UK tour 2019(Nov. 2-14). On 2 December 2019, LOVEBITES was the support act for the Tokyo leg of Halestorm's Japan tour. Asami(Vo) Miyako(G - Key ‐ Piano Black hair) Midori(G) Haruna(Dr) Miho(Ba) First Bassist Bassist of this song New bassist from 'JUDGEMENT DAY' songs. Fami(Ba) New Bassist On 17 August 2021, LOVEBITES took an extended break after the departure of their leader, bassist Miho. The remaining girls organised an audition for a new bassist from around the world and recruited a new bassist called Fami(Ba). Fami is a five-string bassist who can dance, sing and play and has 681,000 TH-cam subscribers. You will be amazed by new bassist Fami's slapping and fast finger picking. If you watch "Alien Alien" on her TH-cam channel, which was uploaded 4 years ago with 10,930,000 listens on her content, you will be amazed at her world-class slapping skills. About "Glory To The World" guitarist Midori and Vocalist Asami says of the song. When Midori came to the U.S. and between tours in the U.K., Midori found time to visit his local church many times. It was then that Midori strongly felt the power of church music and the energy of the people. When she composed and arranged "Glory To The World," Midori made it into a powerful song. In an interview for a magazine project, Midori commented, "The world is going through a difficult time right now, and I hope this song can push people back. LOVEBITES was also in a difficult situation where they could not hold live concerts, but Asami went directly to the members' homes to get hints on how to write lyrics. And Asami commented, "Member all felt that we wanted to write lyrics and songs that would be close to the feelings of various people. Asami and Midori both have experience singing gospel songs in church, so their senses matched. P.S. The location is a wedding hall in Japan. Occasionally used for shooting music videos.
There is absolutely no difference between a LOVEBITES MV and a live performance except that they are on a stage….the sound is crisp, precise and flawless. That was a really respectful reaction, because Glory to the World is a bit of a curveball. Whilst its inspiration came from Midori..the guitarist to our left, after she had visited churches in the US and U.K. and heard gospel music. LOVEBITES use the term Hallelujah regularly..but because they don’t all speak fluent English, it more often means “hooray”, as in a cheer. And the venue for the video is often used by Japanese bands for video shoots, but it’s actually a wedding chapel, not a church in the strictest sense. So the song is spiritual but not religious. As has already been said, it’s a song of hope, for which vocalist and principal lyricist Asami is best known for. There are a few songs that are darker, or angry, but 90% of LOVEBITES songs have an uplifting, positive message, whilst still being brutally badass. In case you’re wondering, LOVEBITES is actually stylised in capital letters, and band members will always type it that way when they use the band name. At 64 (in two weeks) I can confidently state that I personally have never seen or heard a band this good. By “good” I mean every aspect of the band. Their playing, composition, arrangement, performance, virtuosity and originality. Their personalities, positivity, fan appreciation (and it has to be said…by a male) their looks, which in reality is the icing on the cake. Best band ever imo.
'Glory to the World' was written in 2020, at the height of the Covid-19 pandemic. When a lot of people around the world and in Japan got sick and started dying. People were depressed. The song is written by LOVEBITES to give people hope that the dark times will end and the pandemic will be defeated. In the Musical Video (released February 2021), the director added the reincarnation of Jesus Christ in our time, stigmatas, the Chapel Casa d'Angela (Yokohama, Japan), a glowing cross, and singing angels. In fact, 'Glory to the World' is not the most famous or most popular LOVEBITES song. You should not judge only by the number of views on the channel of LOVEBITES. This is a good song, but there are many songs from this band that are more popular among music lovers. This song has nothing to do with anime. These are stereotypes that if it is Japan, then this is music for anime. Music from any band in the world, from any musical genre, can be used as a theme song for an anime. For anime, you can even use classical music performed by a symphony orchestra. Depends on the plot of the anime. You didn't watch the Music Video to the end.
@@PaleHorseShabuShabu Perhaps so. But I have also seen many times that when it comes to Japan, for some reason Europeans and Americans mainly remember anime, manga-comics and music for computer games. I understand that the birthplace of anime is Japan. But Japan is famous not only for anime. In addition, considering all Japanese music to be related to anime is not correct.🤗 For example, LOVEBITES has 58 original songs and musical compositions. But only one song ( 'Winds of Transylvania' ) was written specifically for the anime.
The lead singer Asami writes all the lyrics & even when it's a dark subject matter, she will find and express the positivity....it's her nature ! 😏❤️🎙🎸🎹🥁😎🤘 For the thrashy side of LoveBites, try " Break the Wall, " live from Zepp DiverCity Tokyo, 2020.
Congratulations, you just found the best new metal band to come along in decades. In their first five years of existence, they put themselves on par with the greatest bands of metal’s golden age. They recently went on a year-and-a half hiatus while they waited out the pandemic and searched for a new bassist. They announced the new bassist in October 2022 (see below) and dropped their first new song on December 22. Their new album, “Judgement Day”, was released two months later. They did their first live performances in more than two years in summer of 2023, with their new bassist Fami. Their very first show was commemorated on the DVD “Knocking on Heaven’s Gate”. They have posted four performances from that DVD-“”Hammer of Wrath”, “Judgement Day”, “Nameless Warrior” and “Liar”. All of them are barn-burners. Some background: They were formed in 2016 from the remnants of a legendary all-girl Japanese metal band called Destrose (yes, all-girl metal has been a thing in Japan since at least 1981). Miho (bass, chief headbanger and founder of the band) had a vision of a new band in the style of the great European bands of the golden age of metal. She recruited her former bandmate Haruna (drums, 4'9" “pocket nuclear reactor”); they needed two world-class guitarists, and so they went and found Midori and Miyako, who were with other groups. The four of them then found Asami, the singer, who was doing soul and blues at the time (she was also trained in ballet). Miyako has composed a little more than half of their music, with Miho composing a lot of their thrashier songs in collaboration with Mao, the lead composer of another band called Lightbringer. Midori has also been getting into the act, and they regularly perform a song written by Haruna as well. Asami writes most of the lyrics and is also getting involved in composing. In mid-2021, Miho left the band she had founded, for personal reasons. They went on hiatus while they searched for a new bassist, and during that time, two of them had babies, even as the band were writing and rehearsing their new album. They recently announced the new bassist, Fami, who is a young phenom and herself a composer and multi-instrumentalist. Their first song with Fami is “Judgement Day” th-cam.com/video/m3uGjp-P7DI/w-d-xo.html The instrumentalists studied all the great historical metal bands going back to Purple and Sabbath, through Maiden, Priest, Metallica, Helloween, Slayer etc. They have incorporated some of the best of each of those bands into their arsenal, and have created a sound that is fresh and cutting edge while paying tribute to the old masters. They toured with Dragonforce in 2019, and word from those in attendance was that next time around, it will be the ladies headlining. They do everything from soulful power ballads to heavy thrash. Almost every song includes face-melting solos by Miyako and Midori. The two guitarists are quite different in style and tone. Midori (blonde ponytail) is the extrovert and speed demon; Miyako is the introvert, with the more soulful feel (though she can also shred like crazy). Midori uses a cleaner tone, Miyako uses more distortion, pinch harmonics and pedal effects. The contrast makes their duets rich and dynamic. It doesn’t hurt that either one can smoke most of the shredders in the classic metal bands. As another reviewer said, "It seems criminal these two are allowed to be in the same band." Here are more clips you should check out: “Set the World on Fire” th-cam.com/video/99zsH6iG_6c/w-d-xo.html from their 2021 concert DVD “Heavy Metal Never Dies”. “Don’t Bite the Dust” th-cam.com/video/oHnKGEj1CMc/w-d-xo.html, from the same concert; "Edge of the World" and "We the United", back to back: th-cam.com/video/sl0-U-ykJCU/w-d-xo.html They form an incredible journey from darkness and despair to light and hope. Also, “Empty Daydream”, which starts as a ballad and becomes a real rocker: th-cam.com/video/lXh_uMM94jU/w-d-xo.html; Perhaps their greatest masterpiece, a showcase of multi-instrumental virtuosity and even classical dance “A Frozen Serenade” th-cam.com/video/Ae8pQVu-RN8/w-d-xo.html; And their most reacted-to video, “Holy War”: th-cam.com/video/bgAxpEpEcno/w-d-xo.html Miyako is also a virtuoso concert pianist, and was headed for a career in classical music, before picking up the guitar. She is self-taught on the guitar. If you want to see what she can do on the piano, watch “Swan Song” WITH the prelude, which is Chopin’s “Revolutionary Etude” (official name Étude Opus 10, No. 12 in C minor). Miyako wrote “Swan Song” using elements from several classical pieces including the Etude. This link should work: th-cam.com/video/WBhtqgiXEA4/w-d-xo.html. For a thrasher with heavy Slayer and Metallica vibes, “Break the Wall” th-cam.com/video/5Pc0XK0lNmU/w-d-xo.html includes two gorgeous and completely contrasting solos by M&M. For a heart-stopping ballad, “Epilogue” th-cam.com/video/1ynnXDfEnnY/w-d-xo.html (this includes a second song, your choice whether or not to react to both) While you will sometimes hear you should only react to live clips, actually their MV’s are epic and worth seeing. Here are four of the most spectacular: "Shadowmaker" th-cam.com/video/Brmoln5Gxus/w-d-xo.html This is the song that blew up and melted faces all over the world "When Destinies Align" th-cam.com/video/hLFelI93VkM/w-d-xo.html "Glory to the World" which you just watched.... "Winds of Transylvania" th-cam.com/video/HsE4Ub_Pjh8/w-d-xo.html. Finally, the audio tracks of some of the new album are up on youtube, and worth checking out. The band clearly came out swinging and wanted to make a statement. Every song on the album is a showcase of their incredible talent and songwriting capabilities. “Stand and Deliver” is a thrasher with a fun video of them in the studio. “Soldier Stands Solitarily”, the final song on the album, is being touted by some as the best thing they’ve done so far-I encourage you to see and decide for yourself! You'll get lots of suggestions, just one thing: don't bother with Bloodstock footage, the sound quality is poor. Best to take suggestions with actual links. Also, you can’t go wrong with any of their official clips. Welcome to the Wolf-Pack!
Even though it’s an MV, you’ve just witnessed greatness. Thanks for reacting to amazing Lovebites and spreading the word because they deserve more recognition. These women are extremely talented, skillful and versatile exceptional musicians. Their live performances are outstanding. Some people say that they’re redefining metal. Their main influences are Iron Maiden, Metallica, Slayer, Judas Priest, Dragonforce, Megadeth, Angra, Yngwie Malmsteen, Deep Purple, Pantera, and even Gary Moore, but they have been developing their unique style. Asami used to sing R&B, soul and jazz before she joined the band. Miyako is also a concert level classical pianist, trained since she was 3 years old and a self-taught guitar player. Miho (ex bassist and founder of the band) said in an interview that they wanted to play as heavy as men but keeping their femininity. Those twin lead guitar solos by Midori and Miyako are already legendary, in just six years. Dragonforce? Well, Lovebites toured the UK in 2019 opening for Dragonforce (they’re good friends, by the way). In addition, Lovebites toured Europe and Asia in 2018 and 2019. Their presentation at Wacken Open Air (Germany, 2018) was a real success. It’s rare that reactors watch this song for the very first time. They’re not a religious band; it’s just that sometimes they compose songs with a powerful, uplifting message, one of the things that sets them apart. My next recommendations are “Hammer of wrath” (2023 version) and “Set the world on fire”, “Judgement day” (all live). Anime? Well, then I suggest “Winds of Transylvania” (the MV, Vladlove version)
After taking almost 2 years off and getting a new bass player, they had their comeback show in March of this year. They did release 4 songs, all show their diversity in their styles of play. Knockin at Heavens Gate is the show name: Hammer of Wrath Nameless Warrior Judgement Day Liar Previous Concerts: Heavy Metal Never Dies (2021) Great stage performances, but due to COVID restrictions, the crowd is spaced out and the overall energy doesn't seem to be there like Knockin at Heavens Gate Five of a Kind (2020) Awesome intro and is non-stop from beginning to end. They are awesome in their live videos. Even though there are only 2 videos from the new Album Judgement Day, they are at a whole new level with the 11 awesome songs on it. Enjoy your new experience with Lovebites and you will never be disappointed.
Guys I am very happy about this reaction video. 3 metal fans of the slightly younger generation who also love classic heavy metal, long songs and guitar solos. I'm telling you guys, these women have been rolling up TH-cam for 3 years. Hardly known in the real world but a hit with metal fans on TH-cam. And another good news is: Lovebites are the best in Japan, but there are many other Japanese all-female premium heavy metal bands. LOVEBITES, Nempophila, Band Maid, Aldious + + + LB History : Lovebites has been around since 2016, and the women became more famous worldwide after performing at several major festivals, mainly in Europe, starting in 2018 - Wacken - Open Air in Germany 2018 - Bloodstock Open Air in England 2019 - Graspop Metal Meeting Festival in Belgium 2019 - Download Festival in Spain. In 2020, their career was abruptly interrupted by Corona. But they masterfully overcame the crisis, got married and had babies. In 2021 the founder Miho left the band for personal reasons and it went into a hiatus which lasted until the end of 2022. In the fall of 2022 they found a young fantastic bass player and in 2023 they released a new LP. The new LP reached the 5th place in the Japanese charts. Japan is the 2nd largest music market in the world and it is very rare that in these times a rock band comes so far forward. Members : Asami : Vocals, Piano🎤 Haruna Ishikawa : Drums🥁 Midori Tatematsu : Lead Guitar, backing vocals 🎸 Miyako Watanabe : Lead Guitar, Keyboard , Piano, Keytar, backing vocals🎸🎹 FAMI : Bass🎸 Founder : Miho Rosana : Bass (2016-2021)🎸 INFO : Miyako + Midori are the best guitar duo in 3 decades ! 4 elie musicians and a dynamic siner. The 2 guitarusts, Midori and Miyako, are truly elie. Best duo today. Best metal band in the world today IMO. Trust me you ain't seen nothing yet. Much more to see from them.
Miyako and Midori played on stage with Dragonforce when the band toured England. You need to watch a live performance by the band, they're pretty incredible.
Love this band. Check out some of their thrashier songs - Break the Wall, Set the World on Fire. Also hello to a fellow EOD troop! I was Air Force EOD in the 90's.
These ladies have plenty of great live performances from their TH-cam channel showcasing their music from a live perspective and they don’t disappoint either
At last you find the best heavy metal band today, full talented musician, lets ride on the next song Set the world on fire, live Tokyo, great reaction, carry on, thank you
Hi guys, great reaction. Just a word of advice .. don't pause during guitar solos, please. If you liked this track, may I suggest your next Lovebites track to be "When Destinies Align" .. that will blow your mind!
They are off the charts. Go with all the recommendations. Here's one for you. When Destinies Align live 2021. The guitar work is ridiculous. Great reaction guys! 🤘

this is a wedding chapel in tokyo, often used by bands as set. it was the day before christmas when they filmed and the director wanted these icons. the storyline with the guy was about "what, if he came back today." they are no religious band, they also can play mean thrash. that´s why I would have started with "the hammer of wrath live 2023," not with this one. good reaction..
They have started this band with a super strong belief that female should be able to do the metal in female’s way. Not out of music company’s strategy but from their determination. They write lyrics, compose, arrange and perform this top notch music at any single part of the performance. They have tons of eye popping master pieces. So now you have just knocked the door of Lovebites castle, but have not entered it. You got a very fundamental points! Yes, their music makes us smile, be happy and feel like believing others; global Lovebites effects! The negative side is we got completely doped and can not get out of it, LoLo. Please try any song recommended from others, as I know all of them are good and impressive. Love Lovebites!
Guys to give to a little info. The first successful All Female Japanese Metal band was Show Ya back in the 1980s. From then until 2010. No Japanese All Female Japanese Metal bands were commercially successful. Then Aldious had a massive break out hit called Spirit Black. That blew the doors open to allow a hundred more like Lovebites to become popular. If you want to see the band thar made all of the current bands popular. Do Aldious Re:Fire, music video. And then if you want to see something truly amazing. Watch Unlucky Morpheus Cadaver/Revadac with sheet music. That song is 2 parts and when you realize what they are playing your minds will be blown.
Scandal were successful for last 16 years and were really the first all female band to tour contently and internationally too, opening up the way for many other female bands OS.
Congrats..you've found them. Welcome to the beautiful metal world of Lovebites. Yes, different vibes of power metal. They bring bright elements like, white dress, clean (no tattoos etc), no growling/hoarse but melodic angelic voice. all songs (almost 60) were damn good and got meaningful, inspiring and motivating lyrics. They love to play live and make it epic and masterpiece. Dig more guys and be surprised everytime 👍🤘
i am surprised that this song came up as their most popular. although it does seem to have a somewhat religious theme they are anything but a religious band. try their live song 'set the world on fire' to see their true shredding capability and have your mind completely blown at the same time. this is THE best female band to ever exist imo and out of over 60 songs none are even close to average. they do not do mediocre as you will see if you try more by them. no 2 songs sound the same as they play many different styles.
You discovered one of the best metal bands in the world and are only scratching the surface for this band. You cut off the end of the video. Go back and see what happens. This was released during the pandemic and was meant to give people hope, but most of their songs are positive. Songs I'd recommend - do ALL LIVE unless noted - - Holy War - Edge Of The World - A Frozen Serenade - Swan Song (with Chopin intro) - When Destinies Align - Set The World On Fire - Break The Wall - Shadowmaker (Music Video) -- Epilogue - Rising - Winds Of Transylvania (VLADLOVE version) - Thunder Vengeance - Don't Bite The Dust - Dancing With The Devil - We The United Live album 2CD/DVD/Blu-ray from August 23rd, 2023, of March 11th live concert - The Hammer Of Wrath (live 2023) - Nameless Warrior (live 2023) - Judgement Day (live 2023) - Liar (live 2023)
@@rainerzufall42 Yeah, I thought you had a great list. I did a few mods. MS Word and copy paste really save a lot of work. Lovebites are my Metal Queens.
Note. Thar church they use as a set is a Wedding Chapel and has been used in many heavy metal music videos. Including Aldious Dominator music video Versailles Aristocrats Symphony music video And Galyrnus Angel of Salvation. Watch all 3 and you'll have the Superfecta of that Chapel.
The bassist Miho and Drummer Haruna were previously in a Fantasy Metal band called Destrose. It disbanded in 2015, and all the former members went on to form other bands... Mary's Blood, Nemophilia, Fate Gear, Disqualia and Mardelas. More Japanese Metal bands. Recommend watching Destrose Fennix keep an eye out for Haruna's 5 pointed star cymbals.
Welcome to Lovebites… today’s best metal band… I recommend you guys to always watch Lovebites live performance…imo… they are much better than the MV… thanks again for reacting to Lovebites…” We are Lovebites and we play Heavy Metal “
For me this song doesn't have a religious narrative, though it uses a religious symbolism. That guy with the stigmata is nothing more than the constant self-victimization in modern society. Everybody's screaming "look at me, give me love" and Lovebites says "Love yourself first". The greatest love is the love for oneself, if you can't love yourself, don't expect someone else to do that for you.
Probably in the sense of symbolization of Christ, for Christ itself is THE symbolization of victimhood. Had that old fairy-tale given him some self-love and self-preservation, his story would have had a happy end at last.@@ChadTheDragonLord
According to the director’s idea, the plot of MV contains Jesus Christ (he has bleeding stigmata on his hands and head), who came to our World to give people hope for deliverance from the misfortunes that befell them during the pandemic. The world will defeat the Covid-19 pandemic (song written in 2020). That's why the song is called 'Glory to the World'. Therefore, in MV there is a Chapel, a glowing cross, singing angels (at the end of MV), the reincarnation of Jesus Christ, who goes to the Chapel where they play LOVEBITES From an article in Billboard (February 24, 2021) dedicated to the release of the EP 'Glory, Glory, to the World' (March 10, 2021) : “ Glory To The World' is a song with a solemn atmosphere, combining church music and gospel lyrics, featuring a choir and gorgeous synths. In addition to the band's performance scene filmed in a church, the video also depicts the reincarnation of Jesus Christ in modern times to express the concept of "resurrection after overcoming adversity ..."
Their songs are mostly motivational song, they have thrash, power, speed , power ballad kind of songs, you should watch them live, they are very good in live performing
You won the bet. Winds of Transylvania Vlad Love. That video is the theme music they wrote for the anime Vlad Love. If you do that version that specifically says Vlad Love, the music video includes clips from that anime.
Welcome to LOVEBITES 🤘🏼🐺🔥 The band is around since 2016 and released their first EP and album in 2017. At this point they have 4 albums, some singles and EPs and also 4 official live DVD/Blu-ray releases. They’ve already toured in Europe back in 2018/2019, including the major metal festivals as Wacken, Download, Bloodstock, Graspop. Then came Covid, their original bass player and founder Miho quit the band for personal reasons and two babies were born. After that LOVEBITES came back with new bassist and new song „Judgement Day“ in late 2022. New album with the same title came out in February 2023. LOVEBITES finished touring in Japan a couple of weeks ago. Earlier this year in march they played their comeback show. This was their first live gig since 2021 and first show with their new bassist Fami. There are 4 videos on their YT channel from this show. I suggest „The hammer of wrath“ the first song of this concert for a next reaction. We the Wolfpack, name of LOVEBITES fans worldwide, are all hoping for a world tour next year. LOVEBITES have already announced 2 international festival appearances for 2024 (Atlanta, USA + Cartagena, Spain) The band: Asami vocals, most of the lyrics, song writing - the one and only voice Miyako guitar, piano, keyboards, main composer - the golden touch Midori guitar, songwriting for a few songs - crazy shredder Haruna drums, wrote one of their songs - little big engine Fami bass - shining fingers (Miho bass, song writing and founder - natural born headbanger)

there r much better songs and listen to the live next time. try SHADOWMAKER OR HAMMER OF WRATH!!!!! have a great day. welcome to the wolfpack the best metal band in the world!!!!!!!
Welcome to the Wolfpack❣ 🤘🐺🐺🐺🐺🐺🤘🙏❣ This MV is realy confusing, they are not a religious group. LOVEBITES are a positive gang of HappyMetal goddesses❣ On going forth you really must go for the live stuff🤘❣
They did a song for an anime called Winds of Transylvania. That song rips. Also listen to their newer music. Check out their performance of The Hammer of Wrath. Yes they can play this live.
Please do another Lovebites reaction because this song isn't really indicative of the band - this is a happy metal song with religious overtones to it, none of which are bad things. But it tends to give first time viewers the wrong impression of the band. I would recommend their song "Judgment Day" live or music video which is from their newest album and with their new bass player in the lineup.
Lovebites is far more than a power metal band - they also do heavy thrash metal like Slayer. Try the songs "The Hammer of Wrath" or "Break the Wall" - always do live because it is more impressive to watch them play.
Thank you for nice reaction. I recommend studio Live - Scream For Me th-cam.com/video/46z-13l2oNs/w-d-xo.html another recommend Live LOVEBITES / Holy War [Live at Zepp DiverCity Tokyo 2020] th-cam.com/video/bgAxpEpEcno/w-d-xo.html Live / "Set The World On Fire"[ Ride For Vengeance Tour 2021] th-cam.com/video/99zsH6iG_6c/w-d-xo.html "HEAVY METAL NEVER DIES - LIVE IN TOKYO 2021" Trailer th-cam.com/video/r213R5QYSOg/w-d-xo.html
Great reaction. I like that you caught the crown of thorns and he might be Jesus. I figured he was a man who Jesus was leading out of the wilderness. Could be either is right. Power metal bands I really like: Hammerfall, Blind Guardian, Iron Savior, DragonForce (of course), Stratovarius, and Primal Fear. Possibly the most poppy Lovebites song it has all the elements of their style but super over produced and the video makes the whole thing look like a teen love story. Watch them live with ‘Holy War’, ‘We the United’ or ‘Edge of the World’ such a powerful band and whilst their whole schtick is to break down the traditional norms of the metal world (women, white, positivity),at their heart they are the love child of Judas Priest and Dragonforce and you Don’t get much more metal than that.
Not really a religious track. It was composed by the blond lead guitarist about the pandemic and everyone being locked down and how shit the world was at the time.
Check out their older songs and the least popular don't follow what mainstream media wants you to follow, this is a very song but they do have much better ones that are much heavier and beefier than this one big time. Any song past this one is a killer song and will more than just blow you away
The whole song was written as an uplifting song after almost two years of Covid-19 restrictions. Positive vibes!
Lovebites the best guitars dual riff. Amazing Metal Band.
LOVEBITES - Glory to the World lyrics:
Everything around us will fall into dark
When you keep on looking into the sadness
Nobody in this world may ever be free
My hearts will shiver and I can't take deep breath
But rains will end, and nights will pass, griefs will purify
The dawn will come and bring the light in this world
Grace to my heart, Hallelujah
I know you really care for me
So I leave everything in your hands
You'd walk with me all the way
Learning to love yourself
It is the greatest love of all
Time will come where we feel the love and the reason to be me
Standing in nowhere and searching for meanings
A sleepless night haunting us like a shadow
A blur in the future, the fear of unknown
There will come a time where we can leave everything behind
Breeze are running through the land and endless to the sky
Together we will make it through this deep night
Grace to my heart, Hallelujah
I know you really care for me
So I leave everything in your hands
You'd walk with me all the way
Learning to love yourself
It is the greatest love of all
Time will come where we feel the love and the reason to be me
SOLO: midori / miyako / both
And rains will end, and nights will pass, griefs will purify
The dawn will come and bring the light and lead us to a new world
Grace to my heart, Hallelujah
I know you really care for me
So I leave everything in your hands
You'd walk with me all the way
Learning to love yourself
It is the greatest love of all
Wherever you go, this world that we breathe together,
Nothing more precious

LMAO....you haven't really experienced these insanely talented musicians until you hear them LIVE. Petite women who wear their feminity proudly in heels and gowns and turn into metal goddesses on stage. Pick anything LIVE, and you will have your brains melted. Best thing to happen to metal in decades. All the glory of old school metal mixed with classic influences and elevated to LB's standard. Welcome to the Wolfpack (fanbase) and the vanguard of all female Japanese bands.
🔥GLORY TO LOVEBITES🔥
🤘🏻🐺PERFECT METAL BAND🤘🏻
Their intention was to give hope and spread positivity during the covid time with „Glory to the world“. They have mostly positive lyrics, but not religious. The location in the video is a commercial wedding place in Japan, but not used as church.
And here is the anime opening song „Winds of Transylvania“ th-cam.com/video/HsE4Ub_Pjh8/w-d-xo.htmlsi=lZyD12UZXnKVVfyd
And they‘ve already been on tour with Dragonforce in the UK back in 2019 …
But their main influences go back to 80ies: Iron Maiden, Helloween, Metallica, … and also classical music

Miho(Ba) First Bassist
Bassist of this song
New bassist from 'JUDGEMENT DAY' songs.
Fami(Ba) New Bassist
On 17 August 2021, LOVEBITES took an extended break after the departure of their leader, bassist Miho.

Fami signed a contact for the "Bacchus Handmade Series signature headless bass WOODLINE5AC-HL Fami" at the age of 19.
Fami is currently 21 years old.
The anime comparison likely comes in because anime and Japanese rock and metal tend to use the pentatonic scale or some variation thereof.
In addition, considering all Japanese music to be related to anime is not correct.🤗
For example, LOVEBITES has 58 original songs and musical compositions.
Some background:
They were formed in 2016 from the remnants of a legendary all-girl Japanese metal band called Destrose (yes, all-girl metal has been a thing in Japan since at least 1981).
Their first song with Fami is “Judgement Day” th-cam.com/video/m3uGjp-P7DI/w-d-xo.html
The instrumentalists studied all the great historical metal bands going back to Purple and Sabbath, through Maiden, Priest, Metallica, Helloween, Slayer etc.
As another reviewer said, "It seems criminal these two are allowed to be in the same band."
Here are more clips you should check out:
“Set the World on Fire” th-cam.com/video/99zsH6iG_6c/w-d-xo.html from their 2021 concert DVD “Heavy Metal Never Dies”.
“Don’t Bite the Dust” th-cam.com/video/oHnKGEj1CMc/w-d-xo.html, from the same concert;
"Edge of the World" and "We the United", back to back: th-cam.com/video/sl0-U-ykJCU/w-d-xo.html They form an incredible journey from darkness and despair to light and hope.
Also, “Empty Daydream”, which starts as a ballad and becomes a real rocker: th-cam.com/video/lXh_uMM94jU/w-d-xo.html;
Perhaps their greatest masterpiece, a showcase of multi-instrumental virtuosity and even classical dance “A Frozen Serenade” th-cam.com/video/Ae8pQVu-RN8/w-d-xo.html;
And their most reacted-to video, “Holy War”: th-cam.com/video/bgAxpEpEcno/w-d-xo.html
Miyako is also a virtuoso concert pianist, and was headed for a career in classical music, before picking up the guitar.
For a heart-stopping ballad, “Epilogue” th-cam.com/video/1ynnXDfEnnY/w-d-xo.html (this includes a second song, your choice whether or not to react to both)
While you will sometimes hear you should only react to live clips, actually their MV’s are epic and worth seeing. Here are four of the most spectacular:
"Shadowmaker" th-cam.com/video/Brmoln5Gxus/w-d-xo.html
This is the song that blew up and melted faces all over the world
"When Destinies Align" th-cam.com/video/hLFelI93VkM/w-d-xo.html
"Glory to the World" which you just watched....
Do a live performance, Scream for Me live Daughters of the Dawn.
After taking almost 2 years off and getting a new bass player, they had their comeback show in March of this year. They did release 4 songs, all show their diversity in their styles of play.
Knockin at Heavens Gate is the show name:
Hammer of Wrath
Nameless Warrior
Judgement Day
Liar
Previous Concerts:
Heavy Metal Never Dies (2021) Great stage performances, but due to COVID restrictions, the crowd is spaced out and the overall energy doesn't seem to be there like Knockin at Heavens Gate
Five of a Kind (2020) Awesome intro and is non-stop from beginning to end.
They are awesome in their live videos.
Even though there are only 2 videos from the new Album Judgement Day, they are at a whole new level with the 11 awesome songs on it.
Enjoy your new experience with Lovebites and you will never be disappointed.
Lovebites is amazing. You should react to some of their live performances. They are even better live!
LOVEBITES, Nempophila, Band Maid, Aldious + + +
LB History :
Lovebites has been around since 2016, and the women became more famous worldwide after performing at several major festivals, mainly in Europe, starting in
2018 - Wacken - Open Air in Germany
2018 - Bloodstock Open Air in England
2019 - Graspop Metal Meeting Festival in Belgium
2019 - Download Festival in Spain.

Wolfpack UK 🐺 here, welcome to the wonderful world 🌎 of Lovebites these ladies are awesome talented their live shows are incendiary & there aren't many bands that blow your socks off but they really do appreciate the review gentlemen 🐺🎸🥁🎤🎹🎶🔥🤘🤯
Surprised this was most popular.
Best to check out is Holy War live and the MV for Judgement Day!!!!
welcome to the world of Lovebites the world of ballads, heavy, power, speed, thrash metal.
Trust me, they are live even better. Lovebites deliver on one of the best metal sounds of these times.
Congratulation you're just find best talented metal band today.

GACHARIC SPIN songs Mindset, Tamashii...
ASTERISM(female guitarist) 3piece Metal Band songs Dawn, Rising Moon, Lights In The Darkness, Church....
this is a wedding chapel in tokyo, often used by bands as set. it was the day before christmas when they filmed and the director wanted these icons. the storyline with the guy was about "what, if he came back today." they are no religious band, they also can play mean thrash. that´s why I would have started with "the hammer of wrath live 2023," not with this one. good reaction..
There are two Casa d'Angela wedding halls, one in Tokyo one in Yokohama, and it's the Yokohama one that's used in vdos.
I suggest you check out their LIVE performances!
This is the best band out there currently. Check out more please very versatile in heavy speed or ballad rock metal. Keep ‘em coming. 🤘🏼🤪🔥🎸🥁🎹🤘🏼
Do Aldious Re:Fire,music video.
They HAVE done a music request for an Anime (VLAD LOVE) once: "Winds of Transylvania"
Religious vibes: There's an influence from gospel music, because of a visit in the US.
i am surprised that this song came up as their most popular. although it does seem to have a somewhat religious theme they are anything but a religious band. try their live song 'set the world on fire' to see their true shredding capability and have your mind completely blown at the same time. this is THE best female band to ever exist imo and out of over 60 songs none are even close to average. they do not do mediocre as you will see if you try more by them. no 2 songs sound the same as they play many different styles.
You discovered one of the best metal bands in the world and are only scratching the surface for this band. You cut off the end of the video. Go back and see what happens.
This was released during the pandemic and was meant to give people hope, but most of their songs are positive. Songs I'd recommend - do ALL LIVE unless noted -
- Holy War
- Edge Of The World
- A Frozen Serenade
- Swan Song (with Chopin intro)
- When Destinies Align
- Set The World On Fire
- Break The Wall
- Shadowmaker (Music Video)
-- Epilogue
- Rising
- Winds Of Transylvania (VLADLOVE version)
- Thunder Vengeance
- Don't Bite The Dust
- Dancing With The Devil
- We The United
Live album 2CD/DVD/Blu-ray from August 23rd, 2023, of March 11th live concert
- The Hammer Of Wrath (live 2023)
- Nameless Warrior (live 2023)
- Judgement Day (live 2023)
- Liar (live 2023)
Hehe, this looks familiar! 🤪 Great list!
@@rainerzufall42 Yeah, I thought you had a great list. I did a few mods. MS Word and copy paste really save a lot of work. Lovebites are my Metal Queens.
@@metalmark1214 That's what I thought. It was an edited list with your favorites...
Break the wall live.... Solid choice...
Note. Thar church they use as a set is a Wedding Chapel and has been used in many heavy metal music videos.
Including
Aldious Dominator music video
Versailles Aristocrats Symphony music video
And Galyrnus Angel of Salvation.
^ This ^ I concur 100%.
Asami said the guy is a representation of Christ in the translation I saw.
Probably in the sense of symbolization of Christ, for Christ itself is THE symbolization of victimhood.
Had that old fairy-tale given him some self-love and self-preservation, his story would have had a happy end at last.@@ChadTheDragonLord
@@AFLOVEableWow, you’re projecting so hard! Asami has said the guy represents Jesus reincarnated in modem times and slowly remembering who He is.
Therefore, in MV there is a Chapel, a glowing cross, singing angels (at the end of MV), the reincarnation of Jesus Christ, who goes to the Chapel where they play LOVEBITES
From an article in Billboard (February 24, 2021) dedicated to the release of the EP 'Glory, Glory, to the World' (March 10, 2021) :
“ Glory To The World' is a song with a solemn atmosphere, combining church music and gospel lyrics, featuring a choir and gorgeous synths. In addition to the band's performance scene filmed in a church, the video also depicts the reincarnation of Jesus Christ in modern times to express the concept of "resurrection after overcoming adversity ..."
🐺🤘🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥Love Lovebites
Their songs are mostly motivational song, they have thrash, power, speed , power ballad kind of songs, you should watch them live, they are very good in live performing
You won the bet.
Winds of Transylvania Vlad Love.
That video is the theme music they wrote for the anime Vlad Love. If you do that version that specifically says Vlad Love, the music video includes clips from that anime.
Interesting!Interesting!
SUPER INTERESTING!

M&M STRIKES AGAIN
and u didnt even saw anything yet , next time try a live one cause thats where they show how amazing this band is
Welcome to LOVEBITES 🤘🏼🐺🔥
The band is around since 2016 and released their first EP and album in 2017.
LOVEBITES have already announced 2 international festival appearances for 2024 (Atlanta, USA + Cartagena, Spain)
The band:
Asami vocals, most of the lyrics, song writing - the one and only voice
Miyako guitar, piano, keyboards, main composer - the golden touch
Midori guitar, songwriting for a few songs - crazy shredder
Haruna drums, wrote one of their songs - little big engine
Fami bass - shining fingers
(Miho bass, song writing and founder - natural born headbanger)

there r much better songs and listen to the live next time. try SHADOWMAKER OR HAMMER OF WRATH!!!!! have a great day. welcome to the wolfpack the best metal band in the world!!!!!!!
Wolfpack here.
It’s a little known fact that Haruna, the drummer, isn’t a human, but a miniature nuclear power plant. FACTS.
It's not the guitar is big. It's that the ladies are kinda petite.
Lovebites toured with Dragonforce and Halestorm.
"It's got a Lord of the Rings vibe"...and then, Orlando Bloom shows up in the video!!! 😂😂😂😂
😂
Winds of Translyvania is definitely an anime contribution. More frantic on the guitars in that one.
Lovebites is far more than a power metal band - they also do heavy thrash metal like Slayer. Try the songs "The Hammer of Wrath" or "Break the Wall" - always do live because it is more impressive to watch them play.
Dude in the video is experiencing stigmata which is the wounds of christ

Golden by Jungkook is coming on november 3rd 1pm KST /12 AM (ET)

Great reaction. I like that you caught the crown of thorns and he might be Jesus. I figured he was a man who Jesus was leading out of the wilderness. Could be either is right.
Power metal bands I really like: Hammerfall, Blind Guardian, Iron Savior, DragonForce (of course), Stratovarius, and Primal Fear.
You should check out a few more songs by Lovebites before you see this one. Farming Simulator. th-cam.com/video/KnGPZxfOAmg/w-d-xo.htmlsi=mWxh01ZcXCwWLPTe
Swan Song live at the Zepp 2020 is a great song to do next. th-cam.com/video/dcMVtrvpJpk/w-d-xo.htmlsi=SkqotnMOJoaGSzaW
Let's face it, if you read the words carefully, it's a Gospel song set to Metal. Hence the church setting, the stigmata, the Angels etc.
It contains religious elements, yes, but it is not a gospel song set to metal.
@@ChadTheDragonLord
Ok then would you accept Gospel style lyrics set to metal? Bearing in mind the word Gospel means God's story.
Ok
