When deku went vigilante, he explained that all might was able to get Melissa to send a prototype over before the trade routes and travel routes were closed, this allows him to use 45% as a base, with the other quirks supporting him and making a "mock" 100%, so he still has 55% more he could go, but that would brake the braces and then his arms, and we all know what is likely to happen if he starts doing that again, I'm not saying he wouldn't, but I would think as a last resort he would bump it up to 100, plus the other quirks to absolutely destroy shiga/afo

I really hope Deku does save Shigaraki from AfO's controll, but I would be really upset if at the end Shigaraki survives and all of his acts of evil, villainy, death and destruction were forgiven. Cause even if All for One was manipulating Shigaraki it was still up to him to become a villain or not, and while it's nice on paper for the hero to save everyone including the villain. The villain should still pay for the crimes he has committed. Best ending for the story they save him and send Shigaraki to jail for the rest of his life or Shigaraki sacrifices himself and dies killing AfO with him.

If you think about it one of his powers is float, and be becomes to fly after, so maybe if float has a hidden scale that protects to body from G-Force cause Float its the opposite, so maybe hes using float to have a negative effect on the gravity pole, so deku basically can alter gravity, and making his body un breakable if hes even able to touch 100%
