Good thing about the junkyard crane is you can't be damaged while driving it, but you can still damage the crane itself. You could use it as a part of a trap base by sticking the crane arm through someone's door to damage them with it.

Try the "its not my trap base" defence. Basically you bait ppl in the usual way, but after they trigger the trap you just scream at them like maniac for ruining your eco raid. You can also construct random signs pointing to random bases accusing them kf being a trap base to see if they get raided on principle.

Built a base a few wipes ago with a island coming off of it( a 1x5 bridge to a tc in front for my door) with a auto turret inside. On both sides of bridge i put snap traps and for added effect some turrets behind some doors. Snap traps are so op on both console and pc
