im pretty sure they patched out the ability to build around ziplines as well as damage people on a zipline i saw a video of someone shooting someone with a pistol several time and their log showed it as doing 0 dmg for several shots.
I will say, even though it was an hour of annoyance for you with them there, it's the most golden entertainment to have been seen and I thank you for it

never understood why people get pissed at trap bases, for me as the person about to be trapped its a bit of entertainment and an excuse to fight/raid(as if one was needed) and if I'm stupid enough to fall for a trap base on my head be it, its not like the trap base guys are going out and dragging you in chains into the trap base.

You should have tried your idea with building up then upgrade the structure and place down shotgun traps pointed up on the side of a wall or something to kill people when they go over or some kind of trap

Sometimes when people are farther away the bush you're hiding in does not render so it appears you're just standing there you pumpkin head. I change my graphic settings around to make that more pronounced
Yeah at like 100+ meters bushes don't render lol least with my shitty settings. Downside is when you're sniping and someone hides behind harsh cover you can't see so you wind up wasting your ammo shooting at the person you can see behind the invisible object... annoying as all hell lol
I have an idea how about u built up like that but before it blocks u from building put a floor and a Automatic turret up there soo it shoots the people down
