Please explain to me why not all racing games can have engine sounds like these. This sounds absolutely incredible and does more for the immersion than the graphics even.
Because game companies can still sell games even if the sound quality is crap. A better-developed sound could potentially increase sales numbers, but the associated costs would be higher than the revenue it might generate. Games are not being developed to make you happy but only to make money. Welcome to the cold and soulless capitalism.

@@Casomyro1983 I have a 3080ti and it only causes a two percent loss for monstrous pleasure. We can even see ourselves in it by leaning over, I mean the image of the virtual pilot is visible when we lean towards the mirror, we have a nice helmet, different if we have loaded the appropriate helmet skins. AC with CM, CSP and Pure or Sol is just incredible in VR. It's monstrously more beautiful AND much smoother, the physics are even better if you activate the right things, the braking sensation for example becomes incredibly close to reality. And it's free or almost. That's crazy Thanks to the modders without exception.

Looks sick, you should enable the true mirror reflections in CSP so the car is visible in the mirrors, it would look ultra real then.

現実世界の中で、雨に濡れるフロントガラス越しに前方の風景を見た時、ガラスの雨には焦点が合わないためそれほど視界の邪魔にならずに前方を視認できる。
目が2つあって3次元的に見ている事も関係していて、前方の1つの箇所が同じ雨粒と重なって見えなくなるという事もないので、2つの目で見た映像を脳が合成して処理する事で、より雨粒に阻害されない状態で見える、という面もあると思う。
でもこの動画上では、前方の風景にも、ガラスの上の雨粒にも完全にピントが合っており、さらにドライバー視点は2つの目ではなく1つの点から成っている為、よりくっきりと雨粒が見え、前方視界を妨害している。
視点が2つか1つかの問題は、F1の目の前に車両の柱がある映像などでよりはっきりと意識できる問題で、これはVRで解決できるが、ピントの問題はなかなか難しいんでしょうね。
だとすると雨のレースシーンは現状最も表現が難しいシチュエーションだな。
