Got my NFAB rock rails today and installed them!! Man the first one was a pain in the ass with those bottom bolts until I finally figured out what to use for those bolts..... The second one went on in 15 min max opposed to an hour, LOL. Anyways I love the stuff you're doing and I'm so happy I purchased them!! They look AWESOME ,,,nice and tucked!!! Thanks Again!!!!!

Could probably get a swivel socket for those lower ones.

    Nfab looks nice!
I'm debating getting a pair for my truck.
The debate I am having is about not being able to mount them on the frame, but I'm wondering what your thoughts are on their durability.
I would be interested in how it holds up on trails.
I read that the Colorado body construction is very solid, so it should not be an issue if you are not doing extreme rock climbing, which I am not.
Mostly overlanding and hunting, which could expose the rails to occasional bumps here and there.

That was my initial setback, I wanted a frame mounted rock slider. However, these bolt in eight places that go onto the body, but those places are quite solid. It doesn’t touch the pinch seam, which is the main worry. If you’re doing moderate offloading, Overlanding, like myself, you really can’t go wrong with these. My buddy has these and he has hit them several times with zero issues, no bends, no brakes and no body damage.

Can you please share the N-FAB part number for these? I have a 2024 Trail Boss on order and these would be perfect.
    Thanks for the assist.

Do you think there’s add protection to the rocker panel from rock chips and stuff being kicked up?

I would say yes, it will hit the slider before the door. Mine are very tucked so maybe a little less protection than the ZR2 ones but still pretty good

Morning… do you have the steps that go with those sliders…. If I’m not off roading I think I would use the steps…

I actually sold them a while back

Do the stick out far enough where you could use it as a step or do you need to buy the actual bolt on ones? Just asking to put on the passenger side for my wife.

These ones do not stick out far enough for you to have a step. Now, if you get the trail version of these, they stick out a little more for the step purposes.
