    Thank you for sharing...
    All these fruits are also native to West Africa; Many people think the best mangoes come from India but actually, they are found on the equator in Ghana. My late mother called our juicy mangoes, 'Tropical Peaches'... I grew up with several soursop trees on my father's compound as well as, avocado, mango, guava, giant coconut and the sweet-apple, which I have never seen in any fruit reviews or documentary...We eat the soursop as is and add no sugar, honey or sweet condiments because, equatorial soursop is very sweet...In Ghana, we have so many rare fruits and berries that the world is ignorant about...Our avocados are the creamiest, and most nutrient rich, than many I have seen in the West. Our fruit trees are still cultivated from originally conserved heirloom seeds and seedlings. I nonetheless enjoyed your video very much. :)

    Beautiful, both the ladies & the fruits! We seem to have the similar fruits & vegetables in the Caribbean, such a blessing! Wish I were there to help eat some of that fruit! I'm from Haiti, we make our soursop drink using evaporated milk & vanilla or almond extract, plus sugar to your preference. Sooo delicious, making me feel homesick just thinking about it! 😋

    Thanks for this video. In Trinidad we call naspberry sapodilla. It's also called sapote in other Caribbean isles. In Dominica there's mango long and in Trinidad we have long mango. They are smaller from the Jamaican ones, but as enjoyable!

    Thank you so much for sharing this. When I went to Jamaica several years back my friend introduced me to a "June plum" (or "Jew plum")? It had an interesting flavor but it had spines on the inside. Anyone know what I am talking about?

    I think nesberry is what in Colombia we call fruit of seven flavors wikipedia says we call it níspero but a níspero is a quince

    • @azoresplayah
      @azoresplayah 9 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hernan Posada I'm from Azores & I luv nisperos! I don't think nisperos are quinces; albeit I never tried a raw quince (unless it's marmelada), I think nisperos are what my Canadian friends call loquats.
